I started following you last week. It was good in the beginning. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. I already bet on CWS for tomorrow (I don't like these guys and I'd never bet on them, but I trust you so there I go). And I can't believe that SF who hardly scored with CIN is 'playing' COL tonight!

Colorado has had its chances...leaving two men on base almost every inning. The White Sox...had a few chances before Floyd ran out of gas in the 8th. I agree like the white sox and rockies tomorrow...not sure if the red sox are worth following...pitching matchup makes me nervous...Comment -

I lost under a unit, down under half a unit for week. Did lose.89 of a unit tonight myself. But was up .43 for week until tonight so no big deal... I am down .46 for week... If this turns out to be my first losing week in a while will not be to costly...
Maybe leave those pre season football games alone.... Follow this system for the rest of year and it will help you recover some of your long term losses....

Good job picking Houston out... Actually when the system picked it...and Col. I was surprised. I do not think it has picked Hou or Col all year. Great job by Oswalt tonight seven innings of shutout ball in 1-0 win. Col. left two men on base at least 3-5 times in the game.

I placed the B bet for BOS last night at -115. I don't know yet if I will go on with that or not, but I was wondering: The way to "cancel" the bet is to bet again, the same amount of $ on the opposite team, right (NYY already at +111)? Can I do that with the same bookie or I have to use another one?

For me it just seems like my best method is picking 1-3 chase teams. Last time I picked more was when Seattle got swept at home by Cleveland and it was my systems first loss.
There are usually anywhere from 2-5 series swept in each set of the fifteen series that start twice a week. So you are talking about is a possibility of 10 series out of thirty being swept. My systems tries to pick out the series least likely to be sweeps. But also remember is blind to the pitchers. That along with a second set of filters is where I come in and go through all 45 pitchers for all 15 games played in each series set twice a week(30 series a week...total of 90 games a week on average. So be careful with 7 plays you really increase your risk.
Hopefully the tables turn for you tonight also. If you do chase all seven as you mentioned...after these series end I would reduce to a max of 1-3 series...decreasing your odds of being swept. One key is... look at all the pitchers pitching in each series head to head not just the first game...
I was going through the threads and alot of people had losing nights. Tough point of the season. If I lose tonight... I will go back into protective mode... I am not going to let a series or two sweep away what it took me all year to build up.

Oh I see..you took the RL again at +1.5? Which is now at -130? I am showing the Yanks at around -150 ML...right now..
If you want to cancel bet...why not just take yanks -1.5 +110... I think that would accomplish the cancel... Or you could just stick with the Red Sox...they did hit well yesterday. The Red Sox still have one of the best home records in baseball..
That way your bets would look like this I believe...
Bos +1.5 -115
Yanks -1.5 +110 would just about leave you even or up/down a tiny amount.
Would be impossible this way to not basically cancel bet... If you can think of a way let me know..

Well the lines have gone up on the Favs... but I would think the teams that are going to make the playoffs (we have to guess a few) will continue to win... What becomes tricky with the chases is teams throwing in spare part pitchers to fill a spot due to injuries or for whatever reason.
I see you are on Cin.. I almost included Pit last night! Pit actually has played pretty well at home and Pit did win. No clue about tonights game though... Something you might want to keep in mind...check road team records... The Reds are 10 below .500 on the road..and 3-7 last ten! Cold team...bad road team...avoid these types of chases...not saying the reds will not win at least a game...but not the type of chase I would ever have in my system.Comment -
Only chase road teams with good road records....look for home teams above .500 at home... Try to find weak road teams... just a couple of the filters in my system... but important ones... Avoid cold teams...always know how they are playing...at least look at last 10 games. Never...ever try to stand in the way of a win or a losing streak... I ride winning streaks and never bet on a team in a losing streak...Comment -

I remember when I used to day trade... they would send a warning message first though... I would go long one stock then short the same stock and get a warning message, saying "you already have a position long in this stock". But no problem...just knowing when to do it...Comment -
