Believe it or not, I did something like that since I started with JM in April. I won all the bets (30) but I made conservative bets: win about 100$ on A, 50$ on B and break even on C (actually I skipped the last C bet with TOR so I go burned). I joined this forum about a week ago, so I didn't know about your system. I will start using it today with small amounts hoping I can get back what I lost lately with FLA @ WAS and CIN @ SF.

Only STL 2nite? With Lohse losing twice against Cin? Kinda worries me a bit, but STL are batting great lately. Im also thinking about the Yanks 2nite, since they are hot especially at home, what do you think? Yes, I know about Sergio Mitre, but same thing with Lohse right?

Gonna do the opposite of you. I don't like Lohse (team is 1-10 in his last 11 starts) and Cin showed some life in SF. Cueto has better stuff too and I can't figure out why the line is over 160. Cin always seems to hang tough with StL.

Liking the Yanks...total dominance over Tor this year and they are throwing a rookie on the mound against the Bronx Bombers tonight? I think the line offers good value on the hot Yanks. Only thing that scares me is a bit of let down they might have after sweeping Boston.

Riding the Cards with you G at -163! Lohse hasn't pitched that badly from the stats! Also Cuerto last 6 starts are nothing to write home about! Reds also hitting .191 last 2 weeks! Good luck to all!

Well sorry to hear you ended up losing... With your system you mentioned 100 on "A", 50 on "B" and break even on "C'. Different than my system see post #429. Bet A +C seem to be the largest in the system you use... In my system usually game #2/"B" is the largest.

GL remember the system gives out a chase pick does not go by the pitcher... I recognize the pitcher in the second level of filtering asnd weighed the fact STL has been hot and Cin not to level that out. Remember when Texas was 0-6 against Det. or Sea and the system picked Texas and it won. And the system picked Yanks when 0-8 against the Red Sox and it won. I am just following the system on this one.

I developed a version of this system for my own use. Basically I scout the final 2 games of all the 3 game series'. I look to have an advantage or at the very least an even pitching match up in BOTH games. The trick here is I wait until after the first game is played. If the team I think will not get swept loses, I chase the final 2 games. I feel a 2 game chase is even safer yet. You still benefit from a motivated team trying not to get swept. Of course I got to use my filters or common sense if you will.

I just started this over the weekend. I played 4 at once. Trying for a one unit profit on all 4. The Giants, Angels, and Brewers lost the first game of their series and the Mets lost the first 2 in San Diego. All 4 did get a win within the chase. I only played 4 at once, but the other ones I was gonna play would have won. White Sox, Blue Jays, Rays.

I think a 2 game chase can really save a bankroll.

Good point... I have already thought about that and agree with what you said... Next year I was thinking about two versions of a two game chase...one the first two two games of a series and one for the last two games of different series based on pitching matchups... But would filter through my system... I have applied a few diifferent filters to the system I am currently using to experiment. Hopefully no change...and I agree with you...if you run a system still pick a few from what you like and play them.... Good thoughts... G.

Told you guys to avoid the Yanks/Mitre...the pitching matchup made it a no play...

If you read post #429/page #13....once there is a win in the series that series ends... So system wise there would be no more bets on the Cards series...once again not saying they will not win another game... Lets get this one in the books though first...still a few outs to go.. Should be no big deal... G.

Ok I am coming up with four system plays...

COL Pitching change Cook out...no play for tonight now...

* Note for game #1 of the Pit/Col series Chacin has replaced the Rockies ace Cook due to Cook's toe injury... this pitching change makes this a no bet for me...like the pitching match up in game #1 of the Jays/Yanks series...

Once again not saying the system picks will not win but the pitching mismatch in game #1 of the Jays/yanks game made it a no play as mentioned before the game... Now we have the Rockies replacing Cook...which also makes this a no play for me.

Last series in play for me is Minnesota and I see the juice is very high...not sure I will play it... If i do will be posted before game time... Otherwise may just wait till new series come out on Thursday/Friday...

Even though the only play in these series I had was the Cards(Monday) who won game #1, and that ended that series. No action for me on Tuesday at all. I am still going to update the rest of the system picks for all four series.

Tonight the yankees series ended because they won game #2...so no more plays on that series..

As posted this morning...Colorado ace Cook was out Chicon in...so automatic no play as posted... I think it is still safe to play the Rockies as a two game chase starting tomorrow...chase (Wed/Thur) against the Pirates...will be posted as game #1.

As I mentioned the Rockies were a no play because of Cook. I would have had Minnesota but laid off the heavy juice...glad I did!

Not sure what is going on in Minnesota...Liriano not one of my favorites...so I am not going to play that series at all.

I was just looking at the pitching matchups for the Rockies game. Hart came over from the Cubs... I saw him pitch a few times. He spent most of the year in the minors has pitched well. Jimenez has been solid... Also the only reason I may pass is the line...probably will be higher before game.

Very tricky time of the season with pitching changes, teams/players giving up, high juice... Time to be extra careful....

Hopefully Rockies get it done... I just am not sure about the heavy juice... The Rockies remind me of the Marlins...they just seem to hang in the race...making things interesting... I have not looked at the weekend series yet, but will tomorrow... Still cannot filter them until these series end though... But sometimes you can just see an opportunity coming. G.

I almost took the twins yesterday...but them being such heavy favs... made no sense the way they have been playing... The Rockies pitching move really changed that pick... I like them better tonight. Glad you laid off also... I cannot tell if the twins have given up or what is going on... They just have not been playing as well... I almost took the twins yesterday...but them being such heavy favs... made no sense the way they have been playing... The Rockies pitching move really changed that pick... I like them better tonight. Glad you laid off also... I cannot tell if the twins have given up or what is going on... They just have not been playing as well... Still a very good home team...but not sure tonight with Liriano's high era.

Well G I pulled the trigger and took minnesota today got em at 200 even, I like em to win tonight after being shelled last night. Took colorado when the line was still 240 for a small amount. I had skipped game 1 in colorado so I'm not chasing anything here.
