Wings have to improve control of the puck through the natural zone and reduce turnovers while maintaining the other aspects of their game. And with that, it's a wrap. Back Sunday morning to start all over again.

I don't have anything but a couple of weak leans:
(Milton vs Marshall) Cubs. Cubs are improving. Home game + win streak. This one will be tight; just a lean
Cards (Wainwright will take Sanchez and back the better team here I think.)

Not bad, 5-2 (though I personally did not play Colorado for the reason I stated)

Up +2.7u yesterday...

And, I was backtracking, and it seems it's better off to take the -1.5 because it's hitting above 50% (yesterday all the game except Chicago won by 2 or more) and at 50%, the ++ money is always a nice bonus.

Here are the choices today:

I am passing on the game but there's a thread in this forum about fading the NYY this season. Last time I read it, it was up a half dozen or so units. It's become a semi-automatic play/selection that doesn't always get listed/posted. What I mean by that is, I won't just blindly fade the Yankees but if how I do things says to not play them (NYY), then it's a wager. Sounds confusing but after a while, you'll be able to read the thread without translations. while I'm at it, Willie has a HOU thread that's worth reading too. Whatever action you post on the game, I hope it cashes for you.

Oakland vs Texas:

Texas has beaten Oakland 3 straight and looking for the sweep. Although 4 game sweeps are hard to do, Texas has won each game by 3 or more runs, and they are swinging the bats well right now. Can't say the same for Oakland, they have scored a total of 6 runs in the series.

Texas is 18-8 at home, while Oakland is the AL second worst team on the road at 7-16. Millwood has given up 10 runs in 5 home games this season, while Braden has an ERA of 5.68 in his last 3 games.

Going with the better hitting team, with the better pitcher. Going with the RL for value.

PICK: Texas (RL +125) 1 unit
Record: 13-4 (+12.0 units)

Tough game to call. I don't know the stat this year, but last year Texas didn't fair to well against left handers. Might keep that in mind and maybe a play on the under would be the call.

Hey BamaBill, thanks for the insight, just going with the gut on this one, that's why the 1 unit play. Couldn't find the right vs left stats, going with the better team at home, with their best pitcher.

Tough loss on the Royals today TA. I was on them with you. Grienke didn't exactly have a stellar outing, but they still had a chance. Reliever heartburn at its finest again. Anyway, what are you thinking about tonight's game in pucks? I'm on the Wings again as well as the over. I'm liking to see the Wings RLM. Dont' get many opportunities to play the Wings @ -140 @ home. I have an idea but not sure if it works .. just came up with it from top of my head .. so no stats on it ..
What if i bet for a Team with a win % of 55 or greater that has a lost last game or on a losing streak , or bet against a team that has a win % of 45 or lower with a win last game or a winning streak ... how does that sound ?
