Great job. Good write up before man. The key to making money this late in the season is being selective. The was I looked at this one was Minnesota cutting Detroit's lead in Central to 1. Verlander in (by the way, how many innings did he go for?). Close game + somewhat equal matchup + key SP in = definite edge for the losing team (especially with standings in mind).

Getting chilly here in Chicago as well. When it gets cold over here, you sure as hell know it! Should be interesting to see the Lions play the Bears (or maybe too soon). Dunno where you all are from, but here in the Midwest the seasons strike you hard. It is a test of will. Everyone adjusts after a period of time; question is who adjusts the fastest.

I dunno about next Sunday; weather says somewhere in the 60's.

True, at the end of the day it is about positive units, and that is it. I am not getting greedy; just reevaluating how I want to manage my money. Yes, I do like these plays quick a bit; I am hoping for positive units, and that is all.

Thank you. Kind of a signal, if you will, if/when you start seeing a little more about a game/series than normal. People like to mock JV but in the big picture (for the season) he's done well. I don't get why he gets the haters.

Saw you should be getting wet stuff as well for the weekend too. Anyone thinking about hitting the books before game day better have a real good read.

I blinked, then sneezed and now it's cloudy. Winter coat plus long-johns, a Colt 45 40 ouncer for the bus ride to the game and a flask of gin for the game. Going to be on the coldside tonight. Tonight sitting in LF with one of the local so I can make in-game wagers with him.
