There's no question that France has all the quality to comfortably beat Belgium when they're at full strength. However, Zinedine Zidane has already indicated he'll rotate today's starting XI heavily, with Kylian Mbappe back in Madrid after an injury, while Ousmane Dembele won't start either.
Zidane is also expected to make other lineup changes, while Belgium's projected starting XI closely mirrors the one that played in their 2-0 win over Italy. Playing in a hostile atmosphere in Brussels should benefit the Red Devils, especially after a convincing victory against the Azzurri.

The PSG youngster has yet to score this season, but I'm eyeing him to end that drought. He's registered six shots in his last two appearances across all competitions, with two finding the target.
Doué usually doesn't struggle to find the back of the net, and his pace should trouble Belgium's backline. He'll also be the focal point of the Les Bleus' attack, and that will play in his favor.
