The Arizona Cardinals need a win on Monday night in Mexico City to keep within striking distance of the wild-card teams. But Kyler Murray isn’t expected to play against the rival 49ers. Here are our Week 11 49ers-Cardinals same-game parlay picks.

It’s expected to be another week of Colt McCoy running the Arizona offense as Kyler Murray deals with a hamstring injury. Will the 49ers take advantage against the backup to pull into a tie with Seattle atop the NFC West?

Here are my same-game parlay picks for the Monday Night Football Week 11 matchup between the 49ers and Cardinals (odds via FanDuel Sportsbook; Pick confidence is based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

Same Game Parlay Predictions for 49ers-Cardinals

49ers -9.5 (-114) ★★★

Though the results don’t yet reflect the 49ers being one of the top threats to win the NFC, the sportsbooks tell a different story. San Francisco is frequently the second team listed on odds tables to represent the conference in the Super Bowl.

This is a club under Kyle Shanahan that seems to get better as the season goes along. The 49ers will now face a Cardinals team that's likely to be without its starting quarterback. Though McCoy filled in capably against Los Angeles in Week 10, the 49ers are in a much better place than the Rams right now.

Though San Francisco is only 4-5 against the spread on the season, its four times covering all came during 15-plus-point victories. This offense can pour it on when the game plan is right.

The Cardinals swept the season series against the 49ers in 2021. But now Shanahan will make the adjustments to come away with an emphatic win on Monday night.

Over 43.5 (-110) ★★★★

The offenses in Monday night’s matchup are combining to average 45 points per game in 2022. But the result for the total could come down to which version of Arizona's defense shows up.

San Francisco is tough on Overs, as the Niners rank among the top teams in the NFL while allowing only 18.1 points per game. The 49ers can undoubtedly hold Arizona to a number near its team total at FanDuel of 16.5 points while facing McCoy. San Francisco has held six of nine opponents on the season below that mark.

But Arizona ranks 29th while allowing 25.8 points per game. Though the Cardinals have held opponents to 20 or fewer points five times, Arizona has also permitted 30-plus points in three of its last four contests. I’m banking on San Francisco's various weapons similarly overwhelming the Cardinals.

Kittle anytime touchdown scorer (+165) ★★★

The Cardinals' defense is the league's worst against tight ends while allowing 778 yards to the position. The unit's seven touchdowns allowed to tight ends are tied with Detroit for an NFL high.

Kittle went off for six receptions and 101 yards with a touchdown during his most recent game against Arizona. It would make sense for the 49ers to feature Kittle heavily on Monday given those numbers. Kittle has found the end zone in two of his last three games, even with inconsistent usage.

The combined parlay odds here slightly favor FanDuel at +502, but the difference in the DraftKings offering of +500 is negligible.
