Bears vs. Titans Prediction, Picks & Best Bets: NFL Preseason Week 3 Odds

The Bears won’t have much on the line in the preseason finale, but could Robert Saleh’s Titans use it as a genuine tune-up game before the NFL season?

With a new head coach in Tennessee, my Bears vs. Titans prediction envisions that Robert Saleh could use this final preseason game as a tune-up for his offense and quarterback Cam Ward. We could see some points on a toasty night in Nashville.

With the Titans favored by 2.5 points, I'll explain below why I expect the scoring environment to clear this meager game total. Kickoff from Nissan Stadium in Nashville is set for 6 p.m. ET (NFL+).

💰 Pick  ⚖️ Units  🧠 Why I bet this
Titans (-115 via DraftKings)  0.25u → 0.22u  Robert Saleh has more to prove in his role than Ben Johnson, and may stick with his starters longer to prepare for Week 1.
Over 36.5 (-115 via DraftKings)  0.5u → 0.43u  With 93 degrees expected at kickoff, second-string defenses seeing the bulk of this game may suffer fatigue.

Total wagered: 0.75 units | Max profit: 0.65 units

💰 Bears vs. Titans best bet

Over 36.5 (-115)

I had to do a double take when I looked at the weather forecast for this game. Temperatures in the 90s at kickoff when you’re this close to the start of the regular season should mean a conservative approach to player usage, especially on the defensive side.

After Cam Ward, the Titans have a slew of solid backup-caliber QBs to whom they may turn to pace the offense, including Mitchell Trubisky and Will Levis. Defensively, I just don’t see the Bears prioritizing anything other than getting out of this one healthy.

I grabbed this number from DraftKings with -115 odds on Over, but I like Over up to 37.5 if we see further line movement for this total as folks catch onto the potential weather implications in a preseason finale.

Score prediction: Titans 22, Bears 19

🚀 Bears vs. Titans same-game parlay

There’s very little confidence in a parlay on this game, so I’m not going to get carried away with the units, by any means.

Though Robert Saleh’s team hasn’t played in any high-scoring preseason contests to this point, his potential willingness to give more run to Cam Ward in this game could lead to a better scoring environment, which we’re expecting, anyway, due to the potential for tired defenses in the heat.

💡 How I'm betting Bears vs. Titans: NFL preseason strategy

Follow all of our NFL analysis and betting advice for the 2026 NFL season.

I’m taking as much of a cautious approach to this game as I have toward any of my preseason betting angles. The public seems to be recognizing the potential for Tennessee to show up with more intent in this matchup, with the line moving from Titans -1 to Titans -2.5.

Still, I don’t want to overrate some of the flimsy conditions of this angle, so we’re keeping units to a minimum one more time - until the real games arrive.
