Duncan Robinson Over 2.5 three-pointers made (-134)

Robinson has been a cash cow for me, and I’m not going to stop betting him now. He has been an underrated piece in Detroit's offense and has attempted eight-plus 3-pointers in four straight.

For a player like Robinson, who is shooting 58.8% from deep in this series, all we really need is for him to get enough attempts to hit three or more triples. When he attempts eight or more, the Pistons are 5-0 in the playoffs. DraftKings has his Over 2.5 three-pointers at -134, but this bet is good up to -160 on the best sports betting sites.

Jalen Duren Under 13.5 points (-113)

If you have a friend who has been betting Duren Over points in these playoffs, you’re probably going to have to lend them some money. Duren has not only gone Under on his points prop in every game this postseason - the number has been dropping game by game - but he has scored 12 or fewer points in eight of nine outings.

My hypothesis is that Duren is not actually as talented offensively as we thought in the regular season, now that coaches can game-plan for him in the playoffs. Duren Under 13.5 points is -113 at FanDuel, but I'd be comfortable playing this up to -135 on the best sports betting apps.

With the exception of the Celtics and Nuggets being eliminated, these playoffs have been very predictable. Because of that, I would recommend that newer bettors avoid being contrarian today.
