Zubac has pulled down 9, 14, and 13 rebounds in three games against the Nuggets this season. While those are solid numbers, it is shocking that his over is listed at -135 or -140 at our best sports betting sites. This implies a 57-58% chance of Zubac hitting the over.

The Nuggets allow the fourth-fewest rebounds per game, and Zubac is averaging just 9.1 rebounds per game. This makes this game much more of a coin flip than the odds imply.

Nikola Jokic Over 8.5 assists (-120 via bet365) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jokic has dished out nine and 10 assists in his two games against the Clippers this season. As the NBA’s third-leading assist man, he generally produces those numbers. However, in March, he managed just 8.1 assists per game and had nine games with eight or fewer helpers.

But Jokic is still averaging 9.0 assists per game. The Clippers are average at preventing assists, allowing the 12th-fewest in the NBA. Without a clear mismatch, the advantage goes to Jokic who has already put up good numbers in relatively low-scoring games.

The odds for this prop vary from sportsbook to sportsbook. Some sportsbooks have the price listed as high as -132. That’s too expensive against the Clippers’ defense, but it also signals that some oddsmakers are much more confident in Jokic than others tonight.

Michael Porter Jr. Over 2.5 three-pointers made (-120 via FanDuel) ⭐⭐⭐

In three games against the Clippers, Porter has only made more than two three-pointers once. But there are a few reasons to be optimistic about his prop tonight. First, Porter has knocked down three threes in back-to-back games. He’s averaging 2.8 makes per game this season. He’s made at least two three-pointers in 16 of his last 18 games, so his floor is also good for this prop. 

Second, despite making only two three-pointers in two games against the Clippers this season, he’s attempted 15 shots in those games. As a 40.4% shooter, if he shoots seven or eight tonight, averages say he will hit this over.

The price for this prop is between -120 and -127 at every major sportsbook. There is unlikely to be much movement for this line before tip-off, so don’t wait and expect to get this any better than the -120 line offered at FanDuel.
