The Fever might be the better team, but it’s difficult to trust them as double-digit favorites. They are 0-3 against the spread this year when laying more than eight points.

Indiana earned a 94-86 win without Clark when these two teams met on June 27, but Dallas has since shown more potential. Rookies Aziaha James, JJ Quinerly, and Bueckers combined for 68 points in the Wings’ win over the Phoenix Mercury earlier this month, a promising sign for their young team.

The Wings are at their best when playing in a track meet, which should be the case in Sunday’s showdown against the Fever. I’ll take the points with the visitors at +10 or better, as I’d project this spread closer to +8.
