New York could pull off the upset on Sunday, but it's difficult to pick against Atlanta right now. The Dream have won seven straight games, including the final two regular-season matchups against the Liberty.

Even if playoff matchups feature more defense, I still see value in this Over. Both teams enter Game 1 with three-plus days of rest.
The Dream have led the WNBA in offensive rating (115.2) since Aug. 1, whereas the Liberty's stars know how to deliver in the playoffs. New York averaged 89 points in Round 1.
I like this Over at 174 or better ahead of tipoff.

Angel Reese, the 2026 Defensive Player of the Year, will likely guard Stewart. However, Reese can struggle with fouls, and Stewart earns 22% of her points at the line.
I'll side with Stewart in a pivotal matchup.
