What bets are most likely to hit in Week 13 of the college football season? Read on to see our college football Week 13 parlay picks.

Our Saturday college football parlay hit for the second straight week. The Clemson Tigers managed to cover as 19-point favorites over the Miami Hurricanes, while the Washington State Cougars didn't struggle to cover as 4-point favorites against the Arizona Wildcats.

The most nerve-wracking leg of the parlay came through the Over in the Duke-Pittsburgh game. The Blue Devils scored a touchdown with just 47 seconds remaining to push the total over 52.

With conference championships on the horizon, what bets are the safest to parlay in Week 13?

Here are our college football Week 13 parlay picks (odds via DraftKings Sportsbook).

College Football Week 13 Parlay Predictions

West Virginia-Oklahoma State Over 65.5 (-110)

Spencer Sanders produced a game to forget during Week 12 against the Oklahoma Sooners. He threw the ball a whopping 67 times, but Sanders found the end zone just once while four of his other passes were intercepted. His play was a key factor in the Cowboys' fourth consecutive game with 20 or fewer points.

The good news for Oklahoma State is that the Mountaineers have given up 30-plus points in six of their last seven games and 40-plus in four of their last six. The Cowboys should be able to end the season on a positive offensive note.

The only way the Over won't hit is if the Mountaineers can’t find the end zone. However, the Cowboys have allowed at least four touchdowns in six of their last seven games.

Coastal Carolina +13.5 (-110)

The most confusing line of the week belongs to the James Madison Dukes and Coastal Carolina. The Chanticleers are 9-1 in 2022, and they're currently atop Group A of the Sun Belt conference standings. So, why are they nearly two-touchdown underdogs? I have no idea, and that's why I'm recommending the Chanticleers.

The Dukes are putting together a phenomenal season. With a win in this one, they would play in the Sun Belt championship game during their first campaign as a Division I team.

It’s a great story, but the Dukes have been stumbling during the second half of the season. They've won two straight, but the team faced a 20-point deficit at halftime in Week 12 before clawing back against the Georgia State Panthers. The Dukes had lost three consecutive games before that contest.

Liberty -24 (-110)

After Liberty defeated the BYU Cougars and Arkansas Razorbacks in back-to-back weeks, there were calls from many for the Flames to be ranked in the top 25. However, those advocates were quickly silenced, as the Flames lost two straight matchups to Connecticut and Virginia Tech.

However, this week they take on a New Mexico State Aggies team that's been struggling against solid competition. Even though the Aggies have covered the spread in three consecutive contests, they have yet to do so against a squad with a winning record.

The Aggies have been underdogs of 20-plus points four times in 2022 without covering once. The Flames haven’t been playing well lately, but this is a perfect game for them to take out their frustrations and ensure they get a quality bowl game as a 9-3 team.
