Was too tired to put up my Lopez F, Nishikori & Li Na parlay. I barely remember putting it in bec I woke up & went right back to sleep. That play paid around +101 & -140 on two diff tickets. If Na comes back to win this match, it will offset the Monaco loss and really help. Really surprised that he didn't take it to Bags after winning that second set 6-1. Bad loss for Monaco IMO, the kind you linger on going into next year. Ouch for JM, his tennis was just average last night at best. Big disappointment. Lopez squeezed out a tight match & Na lost the first set, but it is now going three.Comment -

The total on this play was really $114 (1.14u). I messed up the first one at 59 & when I went to add another 59 to get around 120 for the play, Nishi was off the board so I had to just do the two available. So the total was 1.14u to win 0.94u, paying around -121. Sucks I didn't post this online, I just was not able. But I do want to include it for my personal record, bec I did wager on it & I am sweating it right now for a winning play. I hope Na kicks it into high gear this set, like last set. Li Na pulls out the win in the breaker pretty easily, but what a freaking struggle this ENTIRE match!! I saw at least 16 double faults at one point..........that is absolutely horrific! THIS is why I RARELY play the WTA matches!!! She should of destroyed her opponent today, but barely hung on to win. I have only done a couple of WTA lately, usually the BIG names like Sharapova or Azarenka or Na & etc..... I think I want to stay away from ANY womens matches, can't trust the women period. Yankees rolled easily over the Red Sox 14-2, LOL. Tipsarevic had no trouble with Chudinelli, winning 6-4, 6-2. So that left Berdych at a great price to cash. First set he won routinely. Second set, he finally got the break at 5-5 to win in straights 6-3, 7-5.
Play #2 - CASH IT (-345, bec of other play retirement/no action)
Davydenko didn't play this morning, so Tsonga went thru to the next round by walkover. This made the play at crap odds with only Nishikori left to cash. Nishi lost the first set to Robredo, WTF????!, but then he won 12 of the next 13 games to blow out Robredo in the last two sets. Nishi wins 5-7, 6-1, 6-0.

This play not winning really surprised me. Monaco is in much better form than Bags & when Monaco lost the first set, I was like WOW. Then he rolled Bags in the second & I thought would continue to roll in the third, but he def did not! He lost the third set & made this play a loser. IMO, that is a bad loss for Monaco today. He really should beat an aging Baghdatis who gets knocked out fairly reguraly now in the early early rounds. This one set kept me from a perfect day again. ARG!!!!
Play #4 - CASH IT (+106)
Lopez played a very good match & won a very tight match over Lu. I knew this was gonna be close, but I had to take Lopez bec he has been in great form lately & serving really really well. Lu fought hard, esp in the second set, but Lopez wins in straights 6-3, 7-6. Nishi was explained above. So this left Na to cash this ticket & wow, did she make it tough to watch. She came back & won the second set to go three. She gets the early break & is up 3-1 in the third. Just like womens tennis, she losses 3 games in a row and then fights every game to finally get to a tiebreaker!! She played smart & won the breaker pretty easily, way to go Li Na!!!! Li Na into the next round, winning 4-6, 6-2, 7-6.

Lopez was explained above. So this left Na to cash this ticket. Also explained above several times, Na barely gets the third set in a breaker & cashes this play!Comment -

I am leaning towards Tsonga tonight, my gut saw him in the finals of this tment way earlier in the week. His line against F Lopez started at -400, its now moving up. At -420 now & that will only cont to go up towards match time tonight. I think I am going to parlay that line into Chelsea or Man City or Bayern Munich tomm morning, I just need some time to think what I want to do.
I also might lean to Nishi tomm. He should be able to out deul Bags from the baseline & with neither player ever coming to the net, Bags will have to play a really really good match to win this one. Otherwise, I see Nishi making the finals. I am still thinking about that play.
I don't like Murray at -400. Something tells me that line is low for a reason. If Raonic plays an awesome match & serves crazy good, that match could go three sets tiebreak & that just isn't worth it to me.
The last match has no value. Joker at -2700?? For me, not even playable really. He will win, but only adds 2% or so to the ticket. Maybe the game line if Bookmaker releases them, usually they don't until the finals. I have to wait and see.Comment -
Too late now but I did parlay Tsonga with the Braves pays like +102. I'm on the opposite side of with Baghdatis though. Seems like a pretty good value at +150. Home court advantage scares me a bit but we shall see. Thanks for the good insight as always.Comment -

One of the reasons I am not posting alot right now is bec I have played the Asian swing quite a bit in the past & I always see some crazy results. Alot of the bigger players seem to suck it & I don't play alot of underdogs. So usually, I will just lay off taking any plays. If I do see something I really like, I will take it. I did take Stepanek at -140 the other day over Hewitt, I just didn't have time to post anything on that play. My straight record could of used a damn win too, ARG!!!
I also had a big tment this last weekend here in Houston, it was the second biggest tment in Houston every year. Houston houses alot of good good players, so Fall Fest was not going to be easy. Plus this tment brought some really good players in from out of Houston. I actually trained for this tment more than usual & that really threw me off from looking at tennis lines and doing adequate research to post plays or to make any. I was seeded #2 in the 4.5's and I had a bye first round. Second round I barely got through 3-6, 6-4, 7-6. Second match Sat I played really good, winning 6-3, 6-0. The semis Sunday morning I played the guy I had the epic come back in the semis in Ft Worth earlier this year at a Major Zone. AGAIN, we went to breaker first set & I played it really well. Second set, he kind of folded & I kept the pressure on winning 7-6, 6-0. The finals was a really good player, friend of mine from Houston & we were both hurting pretty bad coming into this match. He tweaked his hamstring & I was feeling tight, cramps coming sometime. First set was awesome! We went to breaker & he took it 7-5! We were on serve 2-1, I was up in the second & I felt cramps, so I had to retire. Didn't want to, but knew I needed to win that first set, UGH..... but I had a great showing for sure
Also made the semis in Mixed Dubs with my girl & we played a chick that played for Stanford and she just proved to be too much & they picked on my girl way too much for me to try to control the match. We played tough, but lost 6-3, 6-3. Picking up a win after the bye gave us some good points, but winning that semis would of been awesome. We played well I thought.
I have been really tuned in with football, a little with playoff baseball, so laying of the tennis has been much easier for me. I might find a play or two tonight or the next night if I really like something, so if I do I will post it up as early as I can. Tonight might be one of those nights bec there is not alot of action on the board. I hope everyone has been doing well, and I hope everyone is cashing those tickets! On every sport! Thanks Seoul I got some really good points for making finals, it was a good showing bec there were alot of good players. They guy I played in the finals destroyed some guy that played at UNLV in 2002. That was a kind of a shock. I had my chances to win that first set, double ARG! Yes, I do quite a bit of football. It is what is keeping me off the tennis alot. In college football, u HAVE to check out this guy named the "Seer" here on SBR. He is so good at hitting college football. I tailed him this last weekend & he was on fire!!! I quickly saw why my buddy emailed me and said "follow this freaking guy, he is winning like crazy". In the NFL, I usually go with my own plays. I love to trust my gut on Sundays. I do read some write ups here & sometimes that makes me pull the trigger even more. Check out the Seer man, he is solid! Win or lose, he knows his shit bigtime & I will tail him prob the rest of the year!Comment -

Update for Play #1:
Tsonga: Jo Will was broken 3 times, but got 5 breaks off Bags. The first set was a blowout & the second set went to a breaker. Tsonga won the breaker to win in straights 6-2, 7-6. Way to go Jo!
Murray: Andy blew out Dog this morning. Neither set Dog had a chance & Murray won easily in straights 6-2, 6-2. Only took 57 mins & Andy looked pretty damn good!
Federer: Roger had a really tough match this morning. He lost the first set to Gay Wawa. The second set went to breaker & Roger took it. He used that momentum to blow out Wawa @0 in the third, thus winning 4-6, 7-6, 6-0. Way to hang in there Rog!

Was out of town for 4-5 days. Sorry I didn't post anything. I have been tied up with football anyways, so not a big deal to me. I am going to start putting up some tennis plays, bec I hit the over on the Murray final and didn't post it. And then today I put Soeda in 4 parlays, some with soccer, some on baseball tonight & I didn't post those plays either.
