I think that is a good play. ONLY bec Gasquet hasn't played in awhile. I think the best Haase will play is this match right here IF any. I don't think he will win this match, but I don't think he will lose bad at all. I think this match will be close and we could see a breaker, easy. Maybe 3 setter?? I can only get money lines at Bookmaker, I switched from Bovada bec they didn't have game lines either and the money lines were worse. So, I will prob be taking Gasquet or I will just stay away from this match. The plus games looks good though IMO. It is certainly not a bad play by any means.Comment -

#1754Looks like Querrey came in & two of my three baseball parlays came in with himThe game line and total was dead on, I think he was -4 and the total was 22, so both of those would of pushed. Talk about hitting the lines by the oddsmakers huh??? I did lean strong on Querrey, so props to anyone who took him on the money line as well. I will update the record and prob put up some Olympic plays in a few mins. GL ev1!!

Funny thig is i used to play with haase when we both were growing up. He was ranked 1 when i was ranked 2 in the nation.
Good to see he is doing well.
I prolly will play the 4.5.Comment -

#1762OLYMPIC MENS TENNIS UPDATE:
RAIN RAIN RAIN......
Looks like the weather did not allow the matches to be played out today. A few got thru with the roof closed I think, but half or more of todays matches will go on early tomm morning. I think around 4am CST, still checking on that. I will recap my plays for today, since all will be moved to tomm's plays & no reason to update the record bec no plays were won or lost today. All 3 pending will be on tomm's totals....
Update Play #1:
I don't think any of these matches have gotten started. So all 3 of these plays will be up for tomm, weather permitting. All 3 of those lines have held steady, Gasquet might have dropped a slight bit.
Update Play #2:
Ferrer won the his match in straight sets, 4&4. I thought he might win a little easier, but Pospisil has a good serve & must of played fairly well to make it that close. Murray took care of Wawrinka easily as expected, 3&3. I do not like Wawrinka, so this was even sweeter for me to see that scoreline! Murray gonna do some damage this week I think. The Tsonga match was surprising. I also really don't like Bellucci, so when I saw him comeback in that first set breaker and win it, I was NOT happy! Tsonga picked it up and wiped the Brazilians azzz 4&4 the second and third sets. I am so happy Tsonga didn't fold like a little Btch. Way to go Jo!!!
This leaves Roddick to cash this ticket. Gotta feel good about that with the way he has been serving & playing with a ton of confidence. I also expect him to maybe make a run this week. Ya never know.....
Update Play #3:
As explained in update for play 2, Murray kicked Wawrinka's arrss. And Tsonga played a really long match bec he lost the first set in a breaker and then won in three sets against Faglucci. This leaves us Hewitt to cash this ticket. I feel really good about this play, I feel like Hewitt will be ready to play and against a struggling Stakhovsky. Anytime Hewitt plays for his country, he plays with so much heart. I hope he plays really well tomm, my gut says he will.

#1764Just had a break. Saw Simon destroying Dimitrov. On grass. LOL!! G Force sucking hard in the Olympics. Glad I only wasted 50 bucks on that loser Dimitrov. So that puts us 3-1 today. I will post up a play or two for the afternoon matches in the US. One play I really like. Be back ASAP.Comment -

#1766Quick breakdown of Play #5. I think this match will come on after GGC vs Mayer L. They are locked in a retarded no break match, first set breaker & second set on serve. So maybe Baker comes up in 20 mins, or if they go 3 sets, maybe an hour. Bookmaker did put it back up for awhile & will have to do it again too most likely. This is a play that I was really looking at yesterday & for several reasons:
First, Baker really did not play a bad match at ALL against Ram in LA. Ram was just playing really good, we all know he made the semis there & put up a MUCH bigger fight than homeboy in the final. He has just been ON lately, serving huge & is all over the net!! So, Baker stats that match were pretty good actually. He won over 75% of first serve points & almost 60% on seconds. He had 4 aces to 1 double I think & really lost a close close match. 5&6 I think?? Before LA, he had the huge run in Wimbledon thru qualies, winning like 6 matches!! I know this has been a LONG season for him bec he is coming back from all that time off. BUT, he has only played one tmnet since Wimbledon & played well. He has had plenty of time to rest & he should be ready to really give a good run this week! This is a match that he really really has to win today. Serra is a good player, but having a rough year! And then at home in the US & playing hard court?? This is a great opportunity for Baker to really try to get a good push this week with SO many players in London. He definetly has the skills & at 6'3" he really should be winning that high % of serve points.
Second, Serra has NOT had a good year at all. His record is 4-5, not stellar at all IMO. Two tments ago, he played Wimbledon. He made it thru qualies by barely beating Viola in 5 brutal sets. He beat Kuznetsov in the first round, ranked 151, in 5 sets. He then got smashed by Nishikori in the second round. Two weeks ago, he played a tment in Italy, he lost in the third round. He beat Grassi the first round, ranked 332 and it was 2&3. The second round, he barely got by Mektic, ranked 262, in straight sets. The third round, he got beaten by De Schepper, ranked 200. He barely got in 50% of his first serves two weeks ago in that match & that will NOT cut it today against a much better player, IMO, in Baker B. He is going to have to play the best tennis of the year I think to get thru this match. After only 3 matches since Wimbledon & against all much weaker players, gonna be tough I think. Really tough.
Serra is in 31, 5'11" at best, and has not beaten a player inside the top 100 for awhile. He is a better clay court player, I think Baker is too, but he is just not playing great tennis & I don't see that trend automatically stopping today. I think he will have to hit alot of second serves to Baker & this is exactly what Baker will be hoping for. I do see Baker serving well, playing (I HOPE) good, solid, consistent tennis & letting the rallies play out.........this should favor Baker bigtime. With all of this in my mind, I just see Baker having the better day today and making a small run this week in DC.Comment -

#1768I am so frustrated at all these favorites losing like freaking chumps!! Brian Baker was a joke today. The guy had a FLUKE run for a few tments and now he cannot even win a first round match. And against a competitor like FLORENT SERRA??? Sorry to ev1 who read my write up, but Brian Baker sucks. I am shocked he couldn't even beat a struggling player ranked around 150 who plays mostly clay tennis! Serra has had a horrible year, losing to players ranked outside the top 200. Blake, Baker................both complete freaking losers IMO now. Blake couldn't hold serve twice last match to win & now Baker wins the first set and then loses like a FLAKE to a player who hasn't beaten anyone all year long.
I am almost laughing now that there was so much hype over Brian Baker. He will never do crap on the ATP. Dude had a few good weeks, playing out of his mind & now he is the guy everyone knew him for. Injured or not, dude can't win in his own country on his best surface against a player ranked 138 and struggling hard. Baker will never be on my thread again, that you can gaurantee. And he went up to -250 before the match????? What a JOKE.....Comment -

#1775I just got up & saw that Gasquet lost to Bags. Wow, Baghdatis taking out Gasquet??? I lost faith in Bags a long long time ago. And here he comes up to bite me in the asss. Can't stand that dude, used to like him, but now I just can't flat out stand him. Bad loss for Gasquet, way to let the country down bro.
Still have Querrey pending to only be down a unit or so today. I really like him to take out Andreev. This is another small tment, per se, so I expect Querrey to play really well again. I just can't see him dominating the entire field last week & then losing a first round match to Igor Andreev. Especially on hard court.
I also really like Fish today. I saw Phau play doubles last night with Kamke, was very recent & Phau loooked terrible. Double fault after double, shanking backhand returns over and over. And he is gonna take out the #1 seed in the first round, a guy ranked in top 20??? I just can't see that happening.
I am also leaning towards Becker over Johnson. I learned my lesson with Johnson a few weeks ago, not the player I thought at all. Becker can bring a good solid game to the court & if he does, that should be enough to take out Johnson today.
I also think Anderson should take out Zopp, but after I lost that huge play on Anderson to beat Michael Russell, I am seriously questioning Andersons play. Maybe in one parlay today & if he loses another first round match on a hard court........then his game is gonna be in a complete spiral. HE should win today in straights!
I want to take Haas as well, but he is NOT in Germany & he is just a diff player outside his country. Russell should give him fits & if Tommy goes mental in the head, his game drops about 50%. Haas is one of the most unpredictable players IMO. I hope Russell takes his arsss out!
And the Dolgo match, I am running away from. This is a perfect spot for him to suck it up, since he hasn't played in awhile! Cipolla can play well on hard court & Dolgo is another player, like Haas, who is just so unpredictable. He should win today, but wouldn't shock me if it goes 3 sets or something stupid.
I will be back on in a bit to post several plays for the DC tment coming up to start in about 2.5 hours or so. Need a couple good ones today to get out of this hole today.Comment -
