*I know this kid from Zimbab bec he is a good friend of mines really really good friend. I met Takanyi about 6 months ago here in Houston bec he was staying with my friend David B & training with him for a few weeks. We went to lunch one day near my house & David joked (maybe not) that Takanyi would be top 100 by the end of this year. I saw him hitting at David's Academy one day, holy crap, this guy was a freaking work horse and a half! His speed & fitness was sick. He is thin, not very bulky at all, but has a TON of talent. NO surprise he got way deep in the Challenger they just had in Mexico. As long as he cuts back on his double faults, he is really tough to beat at a lower level. He almost got thru Ram in that semi finals, and had to go thru Qaulies too! He had 2 weeks off almost & is here in Houston. I am not saying he will easily win this match, I just KNOW he has a great chance, opportunity & has the game to definitely win this first match in Houston qualies today. Also, Nils Langer has lost his last two Future's matches in first or second rounds, wow! No surprise to me they set the line on Takanyi as the favorite, then it jumped 25 cents or more near closing. Could be a good match, but I am hoping my buddy TK takes this one today to keep moving into this tment. I am on my way out to the matches now to watch VAMOS!!!
**Mathieu has been playing pretty damn well. Pretty much only losing to the big name players when he wins a round or two in a tment. He has even played them pretty close. He should win this match today in straights I am assuming, he should get thru qualies in this tment. Begu has been playing great tennis, winning her last two ITF tments & beating her opponent today 2&1 just last week. Today might not be as close, but she has never lost a set to her opponent today & should roll her up again I hope. BOL ev1!!!Comment -
I hope someone read my thread today or tailed my plays, lol... I knew Takanyi was gonna kick some ass against Nils Langer, who has been losing early in Future tments lately, lol!!! Mathieu match was a cancel & what a shock.... Begu won 1&1!!! Lol. No freaking surprise there... That means both of the tickets cashed today & that puts me almost back to even for the year, with a healthy RO tment left this entire week. Great day today cashing my only two wagers that paid around +105 and +120, BOOM!!!Comment -

I really do think we see the match of the day coming up with Sock/Ivo. We usually always see a great match after a boring match here, this fits the bill I feel bad for Willimas, he is getting azz raped by Doo Doo right now. If Sock plays the crowd today, which he loves to do, serves those bombs, this should be a tight tight tight match or go 3 sets IMO... It is so hard to return Ivo's serve to a "defense" position on the court. IF you can touch it, it is hard to not leave it sitting so that he can just attack the net immediately. It is so similar to Isner's serve & unless you have seen Ivo serve live, you can't appreciate it I don't think.. ON the flip side, Ivo returns like a Future player sometimes, even worse... HE will slice all his backhands today & that should allow Sock to work the inside out forehand to keep Ivo on his toes, hammer that ad court & make Ivo run the baseline. Sock is the better rallier for sure, but if Ivo brings that serve, as he LOVES to do in this tment, he loves this tment, than this has the makings of a great match IMO...

That is why I took Sock today, just sucked Ivo couldn't win a second serve point to maybe push Jack... He DAMN near came back to 5-5 with several chances too, crazy!!! Sock should of easily won 6-1, 6-2 at that point. I actually thought we were gonna see 5-5...
