I've been thinking and thinking and I am going to take the plunge here with Kvitova. Have liked her game for a long time now and she is one of the hottest players coming into this tournament. Her portion of the draw has opened up right now with Ivanovic and Cibulkova being knocked out in the first round. Not that those two players really matter but that is the reason for the price drop to +900 right now. Was talking with Roguescholar in chat and he has her at +1050 so her price hasn't come down that much after the first round. Definately think there is value in this play. To get to the finals she will have to likely beat Na Li, Azarenka and probably Clijsters. Not the easiest path to the final but this is women's tennis so one of the three might be upset anyways so anything can happen. The price is right here and I think it's definately worth a shot.Comment -

Fognini looks pretty solid at the -150 range. I know the crowd will be behind Robert but remember Fognini beat Monfils in that night match that got stopped cause it was too dark. I just dont see Robert getting past this baseline grinder with a seriously good Grand slam resume so far.Comment -

Wawrinka,Tsonga and Bellucci +121
Ok I am not wild about including Bellucci in this parlay but it should be ok. Bellucci has been playing very well on clay, except for the first round loss to Lorenzi in Rome. Seppi is coming into the French Open pretty much hit or miss. Wawrinka and Tsonga should both win their matches so this parlay should be a good way to get into the tournament.
If there are any upsets tomorrow i'd rather lose a plus money parlay then to lose on a -400 favorite straight up. Didn't see much else on the board worth betting so i'm just going to stick to this as my only play for tomorrow.
JNic i'm not to sure about Fognini. He's coming into the French Open losing 6 of his last 8 matches on clay while Robert is coming into this tournament with some good results on clay, albeit challenger matches but a win is a win. What I think you do have going for you though is a players tendency to shit the bed after pulling up a huge upset. We've all seen it many times and I think this might be the case here. One thing I picture every time I see Fognini is the way it looks like he is sitting on a chair when he hits his groundstrokes. Either that or he is constipated

I'm on Schoorel today also Staco. Wawrinka has been too much of a nut on clay this year for me to back him until he proves otherwise. He does have the experience advantage, but Schoorel is an up & comer on clay. He needs a signature win though in a Slam to signal his arrival.Comment -

I had Jankovic, Stosur, Dulko, Mattek and Gorgeous Goerges in mine today. It hit, but looking back I have no idea why I placed it. On the first 2 days my multi plays were all ruined by a woman losing, so going with 5 women would normally be a sure fire loser.
Goerges looked like she was doing her best to ruin my multi today, but turned out she was just messing.

A few matches I am looking at already:
Call me crazy here but I am liking Querrey for some reason. +134 against Ljubicic seems like it is a bit high. I know Querrey is piss poor on clay but Ljubicic is over the hill and always finds ways to disappoint at a slam.
Some very very big odds on the women's side. I personally would never back them at those high odds.
Going to think about Querrey for a bit and decide whether or not I am going to bet it.If you guys like anything let me knowComment
