The problem is that Schiavone has ridiculous stamina. Other than the Williams Sisters, playing Schiavone is the closest thing to playing a man in women's tennis. Besides, Woz has never made it this far in the Australian Open before.

i think its all a lot of the same, but the tennis trading market is a lot more dynamic, because of the way it is scored.

I put a small bet on Schiavone 5.9, going to lay Schiavone at 1.95 for guaranteed profit, is this how you should usually trade an underdog? My thinking is that her fatigue gives in for the next set.

there goes 800 SBR points. fortunately i dont actually use my sbr points for anything and often forgt i even have them. hopefully no-one lost that much cash on this one!

Someone said before they were going to throw all their points on woz - it was a good idea at the time to do the same.

What did we learn:

1. Tennis rankings use a formula, not a poll. Therefore its possible to ascend to the #1 rank without actually accomplishing anything.

2. Power, power, power, power, power. 90% of tennis is who can hit the hardest. If you can hit, other players will have to attempt tougher shots to avoid your forehand.

Schiavone is playing like a monster, knew i should of takne her at 2-0 sets. Cant see how she was that much of an underdog. Hopefully the expeirence of Schivone cant shut down wozniaki with the mini break.

yeah. Took Schiavone at +477 and figured I would do some live betting. Haven't needed to hedge at all yet. Home she can finish off Woz in this set.

Don't agree with point 2, 100% of tennis is placement and Woz doesn't have that in her game as you can see today.
