Followed him this week because I bet against him last round. Impressed by his serve and ability to hold fairly easy. If he brings the same serve from the 1st two rounds, I'm more comfortable with him at plus money than overpaying for Farah. Farah is a good player, but clay isn't his best surface IMO although he has rolled this week.Comment -

Yeah. My play on the under there was either for Almagro to make quick work work because Nishikori had been on-court a lot already this week or for Nishikori to do the job because I read Almagro was late arriving to this event and hadn't had much practice time/rest.Comment -

I'll give points to anyone who can give me a link to what the F happened to the Farah-Struvay Challenger match. Was supposed to be first-up this morning, but I have not been able to find a result anywhere. Other matches have finished at this event, so weather was not a factor. I see Farah playing doubles tonight too, so guessing the match is long over ... but no clue as to the result.Comment -
Yeah it was weird. I saw the match up on the scoreboard right at the original start time at Noon ET and then it disappeared while the other match scheduled for then stayed up and was played. Guess maybe after this last match is complete maybe I can figure it out if they post an order of play for tomorrow.Comment -

Yes. Not really sure what the retirement was from. Pretty disappointed because the match definitely was still up in the air with neither guy playing overly well. Schuettler did enough or took enough from Harrison's F ups in the tie break to win the 1st set. Wondering if the schmuck was looking for an excuse because it was the 1st sevice break in the 2nd where he quit.
Harrison should get wacked by Fish although Mardy's lack of recent play could mean Harrison keeps it close early.Comment -
Ep now that Tippy got his first title , I really think he is primed to break through. Would not surprise me to see him in some QF/SF's of 500 and 1000 events..Could be some good future opps coming up on the late season hard courts..Comment -
