It's really shocking the way Simon has fallen off.

I was into it last year and he was one of my guys I felt might've been a little undervalued.

Thankfully I haven't been betting him, because his play would be more in line with someone ranked 175th in the world or something.

i mean cut him some slack, he had a terrible knee injury didnt he that made him miss the majority of the season. it's gonna take him a bit to hit his stride again on clay

He set the bar high with his run in 2008 and he dropped off from that level prior to his injury issues. He played well in early 2009 but since March 2009, he hasn't been anything close to that level - and that was pre-injury. I just think he honestly just had one of those weird points in a person's career where everything went right for him and maybe some of the other players didn't know how to play against him at the time of his uprising and he took advantage of it. Seems to me that injury or not, players know his style now and it's Simon who is the guy who winds up making the key errors instead of his opponents.

Traver has been playing consecutive on clay and that's a big thing. I have a $10 future on him to win this tourney to win over 1k. would not be surprised if Davy got upset here he hasn't been in rhythm on clay recently even though he's a great dirt player

the site was terrible. I couldn't really access it at 1 AM and then when I got on in the morning, same thing. Got database errors. It seems to be ok now, though.

Hopefully it stays that way. Someone from SBR posted that they're crossing their fingers they've solved the problem but are unsure yet.

And I'm happy to hear you like the plays JNic!! I have no clue what anyone else was on today outside of this thread or if y'all did well or not, but hopefully we at least finish off the night with winners.
