Seriously guys - my picks have been horrible the past two days. Yesterday I managed to pull out a profit but it's 6:20am here now and I might be pulling something out of my ass to try to do it again. I think the best thing for me to do is not post plays for the rest of the week and I'll weather the storm on my own. I'll still be here to give my silly opinions and cheer you guys on but honestly, I don't want anyone - even a lurker - tailing me when matches are going like this. I said the other day that I like winning bets properly. That's the only time I feel OK. This week - starting with that Pavly/Kleybanova match that I won, I've been betting on borrowed time. Let me bury myself this week without my posting plays. Best of luck everyone and again - I still want all of you here posting your own plays and I'll give my opinion. You just may be better off fading it at the moment!

All good mum! we all have bad days. i didnt tail all of them and hit a few myself, but still a shitty way to wake up. i gotta say that there has been a sense of doom about some of these tournaments though and i didn't really feel comfortable betting last night.

Last week when he won the final he was down 5-2 in the tiebreaker of the first set. If he had not come back i very much doubt he would have taken the second set.

Does verdasco come out and wipe the floor with the fustration he no doubt will be carrying...Im concerned even though i want to back raonic

I think Verdasco comes out angry and wins this in two sets. He is still the better player, despite last week's result.

Berdych vs Vassaline
Soderling vs Mahut
Almagro vs Leonard Mayer?

I haven't seen any of the underdogs play so hopefully you guys can give inputs.

possible on all games. at $1.16 I wouldn't even bother using soderling to boost a parlay. its not worth it if the other legs hit, but that being said he should win easily.

Almagro should win, but Mayer is at home and on his favourite surface. almagro doesn't do well at this tournament traditionally and could get rolled.

Berdych is coming off the flu. again, vasselin is at home. vasselin cruised through quallies and clement and can deal with the big serve.

That being said, all the favourites could/should win easy, but i aint touching any of them.

And, take what i say with a pinch of salt - wait till Shari replies her knowledge of the game is amazing. i'm like the hack that hits practice balls. She is the pro.

There's a always a chance but I think between Rad's defence and Bartoli's questionable fitness, she'll have her work cut out for her. Never say never though!!
