Took yesterday off after that Petkovic disaster and with the rain-filled day, didn't want to play anything but will have a few for today, for you guys to fade (been sucking of late).

Hi there, iceminers. Best of luck with your plays today. You got me first time discussing your picks. Now, this is something that i experiment with (just paper trading) as i'm just beginner in betting on tennis. The whole idea is (i doubt it is me being first to think of) i look for all the matches that my book offers for that day and trying to find overlapping. Meaning, the player that is playing 2 matches - in singles and in doubles competition. Next thing is to see which player bookies made fav - e.g. on wednesday you have Szavay in singles competition for +290, and in doubles competition with D. Safina for -500. Now the thinking behind this is me trying to find out if she thinks that she has greater chance in doubles to go deeper and if i'm right she will put more effort in doubles match making her opponent in singles safer fav who you can parlay now. That's the general idea and i would like to read your opinion on this. once again, best of luck in whatever you decide to play.

Interesting concept and approach to capping the big tourneys and don't have much experience with it since I am only a singles player, but I do understand your concept. I would think like Noobs stated that the priority has to go to singles but I am sure you could find a few exceptions along the way, such as if the Brians were playing singles or any other top double players, they would be the exceptions.

Made me sick in my stomach, the one match I decide to watch since it was airing on ESPN and we get that result.

I have not even got into capping yet, had to babysit my little niece tonight and after finally getting her down around 10:30 or so, I just watched some TV to relax before getting into Friday's tennis card. I will probably be posting my plays within the next hour and it won't be in the 200 range, I don't lay anything over (135), that's my cutoff, probably have a dog or two. Not sure because I haven't looked yet but I'll have at least a play from my initial look.

Dulg up 3-1 in the 1st, loses it 6-3 off of 5 straight from Woz. Then Dulg up 4-1 in the 2nd to lose it 6-4 from 5 straight from Woz, broad shuts it down halfway through the both sets. Woz goes on 2 - 5 game runs and kills the over, I'm running bad on the courts and would advise fading me at the current time.

Very brave move. On paper, Schiavone should win but there are other factors and I wouldn't be surprised if Dementieva comes out with the win. I am small on the Russian.

Schiavone looking very good after the first three games. I don't see how Dementieva is going to win that. But you never know when a Russian is involved.
