CBS is televising the final. Wouldn't touch Roddick at -200 or more, would actually take a shot with Berdych at the current price, the O/U number at 24 lends to 3 sets and I tend to agree with that.

Definately agree that Roddick is not a good play at this price. There will be a tiebreak in at least one of the sets in this match and as we know one bad point and anything can happen in a tiebreak. Just not enough value in a player like Roddick who doesn't have the best game for getting breaks. Still think he wins though. I'm going all in with my sbr points on him haha

I like Roddick. It's not like ya gotta go all in with the ML. U should be able to find something to parlay it with. NBA u got Cavs @ Celtics, Spurs @ Lakers. I will prolly make a couple bets. Roddick by himself and also Roddick parlayed with something. The thing that scares me is I'm 0-3 in the last 3 finals. That doesn't include betting Clijsters after the 1st set this morning cause my dumb ass woke up so damn late.

Are any of you guys going to be betting the two blockbuster tournaments starting on monday? I might. Could be fun
Roddicks line is starting to come down a bit. I see -180 right now which is getting a bit better.

Found a great parlay that I am going to play for today with an amazing payout. I've parlayed Roddick and the Cavs to beat he Celtics. This parlay pays +215

I cannot imagine Roddick losing....home field, superb form, just after beating Nadal...

On the other hand there is berdych, who defeated Federer/Verdasco/Soderling...still, all these players choked against him, I cannot say he won the 3 matches - his opponents lost it.

Still, against Soderling, he played very well, and if he keeps on playing like this, Roddick won't have any easy game.

I lost 3 times on placing bets against Berdych - and I hope I will win all the lost money back on Roddick....GO ROD

It seems the long points favor Berdych, so Roddick will need these

One thing you have to love about a guy like Roddick is if he is facing bp's he can unleash an ace or get really cheap points with his serve unlike Rafa who you have to endure a 6 shot rally for him to save the bps

Is there any other player with as big a differential in power when it comes to serve and groundstrokes, Ive never been confident in Roddy's groundstrokes when it comes to winners, he's a play it safe guy and waits for you to make a mistake.

Roddick was really really bad with his groundstrokes a year and a half ago but he got better last year. Was becoming more aggressive. When he is aggresive his forehand is actually not that bad but when he sits back and does this backhand slice shit every second shot then he is pretty much useless back there and the only way he will get a break is if his opponent screws up
