That was an ugly loss. Couldn't return at all, only had 1 break point all game that I saw and gave it up. Seems like most of my losses lately are coming from parlays; going to try just doing straight plays for a while because we won both of those today. Still have the Karlovic/ABJ over pending too.

Was on Lorenzi, again thanks to progsport . This site is free and nails a lot of dogs. Had Lorenzi at 60% chance to win. At the very least, the site gives suggestions of which dogs are worth capping. Lots of historical data available to see how their picks have worked out. Not spamming the site couldn't care less. Just google progsport and look at their tennis predictions.Comment -

By no means to they get them all right! But you can see the results back for many tournaments. I hope you guys find it useful. Many of the larger dogs they have with > 50% chance of winning 2 sets ultimately lose, but they cover the Asian handicap, or go over on the total with a more competitive match than was anticipated.Comment -

Push on the over. I have made a lot of money on Karlovic overs over the years. He's one of my favorite players to bet on. No one ever breaks him and he has no return game to speak of so we almost always get 1 or 2 tiebreaks. Today 1 wasn't enough.

Only straight plays from here on in. Maybe a cross sport parlay here or there but no more tennis only parlays. Lost 3 straight tennis only parlays.
Here's what I got:
Ivo Karlovic -150 Not gonna mess around with the over because I don't like the hook of 23 1/2. We can have a 7-6, 6-4 type match again and lose by that hook. Edouard Roger-Vasselin is a pretty decent returner but can't see him being good enough to break Karlovic's massive serve. As I've been saying, you can't really expect Karlovic to do anything in his return game but if this thing goes to a tiebreak I'm a hell of a lot more comfortable with my money being on the big server. Now in the interest of full disclosure, Progsport has ERV listed at 66% so he's definitely a hot pick for a live dog. I'm rolling with what I know though and going 20 units on the big man!Comment -
Also leaning Thomaz Bellucci but that doesn't start until 11:45 EST so going need some more time to think on it. I know he's not great or even very good on the surface but in reality Jerzy Janowicz is a still a high level Challenger circuit player and has very little experience playing ATP top 50. Also can't complain about potentially getting him at plus money line is sitting at +110 on 5D right now.Comment -

7 units on Klara Zakopalova +4. Very tasty line considering Sam Stosur's lack of mental tenacity. She is a known choke artist. I don't know if Zakopalova can win this straight up but should at least have the ability to keep it close. Stosur has not looked great for a while now.Comment -
