I applied for a 4K moneybookers at mothership Betphoenix this a.m., got the "24 to 48 hours" story.

Today again at OT, CS is left to only say email Mike and Richard.

Whoever Mike is? I have heard of one short response by Richard, but nothing from Mike.

Richard, let me offer some sage advice. When you are not paying people--you need to keep up a running dialogue with them. Even veteran players get nervous after 2 weeks of no/slow pay.

Also, it seems OT cs is no longer willing to transfer balances to Phoenix. Not sure if this is account specific or not.

I believe these guys have the money and are just in a screwed up situation, but I also think its time for SBR to have a discussion with Richard/Phoenix about all the payout problems.

I called Betpheonix CS again, to check status, and they said the money should be in my account today or "I could call back".

Peep, I am hoping this is OT specific problem. It's why I told people to try and get accounts at Phoenix and then transfer.

I have one friend who was paid no problem at Phoenix end of last week.

Can't wait to report that my outstanding payout has come through from betot/phoenix, but no payout from betot since 22 Jan....18 days and counting....Richard did get in touch with me Saturday but have heard nothing since....please check yr emails Richard, cheers

Got paid today as promised.

I think I am MUCH better off at Betphoenix, glad I transferred over. Got a feeling I would still be waiting at BetOT.

Good news for you Peep. I agree the Phoenix connection at this stage looks more "together", but now if they won't allow transfers it still leaves the OT people left hangin.

Like to hear Bill or Justin's take on this situation?!

Also an update from Richard on any progress in paying the OT folks?

Guessing at 2 problems. 1) the OT side is severely understaffed, and 2) betphoenix withdrawals seem to get priority (both in time and in claims on e-wallet funds).

Still not received any reassurances that the matter is being dealt with. Got a request for ID at the weekend which I sent. Need some more updates, please Richard! Check your e-mail. I'm on holiday next week, but can't see this being resolved before I go or before I get back

What has this book done to deserve there ranking? I mean even Justin says they are a C book. Tell me why they are as good as 5dimes, greek, etc etc...

Betphoenix is their main operation, if they can insulate the problem to betot and keep phoenix's name clean then they will be better off, it sucks for OT users but makes sense from a buisiness standpoint

There were payments issued both Monday and Tuesday with more coming today. Most of the business done by Betot is Eastern European in nature, and not North American in nature which is our normal market for fulfillment.

We are doing what we can to assist with this issue, but there are items to be sorted out with some of these accounts. In particular multiple referrers etc. Either way, we are working to assist OT through this.

Long time lurker and first time poster. I happen to be one of the people at OT and at Phoenix. I have emailed you Richard and look forward to you clearing these matters up. I also asked OT if they would transfer my balance there to Phoenix. So far they have been unwilling to do this simple thing. I will feel much more comfortable in the future going forward with Phoenix.

From what I have seen in my time reading at this forum it is rare for a book exec to come in and take the heat. Good to see you here and of course I wish you luck in getting the payouts going again.

Payments are moving. Betot is a hosted Turn Key business in our facility and services its own markets. We are however assisting where we can at this time.

jalle, Richard are doing a good job taking care of the payments of the customers and you are talking about comissions!!!!!!!! first they have to pay to the customers and for last they pay the affiliates, so please dont make 10 posts about that

Who is RIchard ? I first had negotiation with Frank from Betot and that was 2 months ago !!!! I am not new to this problem. I am waiting two months for it to be solved .

I got payed today

after a waiting too much time finnally my case is solved. My payment became from betphoenix so i got to thank you Richard

I also received one e-mail from betot thanking me for my patient with my withdraw.

I made my withdraw on Monday and still no money, so i asked tonight on live chat when i would receive it, Ivy said it is still pending and to ask again next Monday. When the gas board comes knocking at the door asking for the money i owe them , that is the line i'm going to use, try again on Monday! Or ask Betot for it as i'm getting no-where.

I know for a fact that Richard is working his way thru this stuff. One man and so much mess. This is not a stiff joint and they are not extorting you like BOL does. No question its frustrating. I like to be paid in a timely fashion also.

If they work this out I will be glad to continue to play with them--especially to get a chance at -105.

Been waiting Weeks for withdrawal from betot richard. Was given your email address but there is absolutely no response when you use it

Betot staff string you along saying withdraw will be here and then it is not and im sick of it.

Not that difficult to send some Funds to neteller.

Has anyone got paid that had been told to wager ridiculous amounts by OT yet? i.e. those who met the t + c of the K100 bonus only to be told they had to wager more by these crooks. Because it seems like we're getting pushed to the bottom of the queue and we also haven't been assured that we're not going to have to wager more. Why should I have to wager more because you changed the terms and conditions two weeks after I deposited!!! Sort yourselves out

Still no news - at the very least I expect to be kept in the loop here though I would have thought it was a fairly trivial problem to resolve.
