    BetAtHome Sportsbook confiscates player's balance

A BetAtHome (SBR rating C-) player submits an account dispute. The player opened an account after receiving a bonus offer of 50% up to €200. The player deposited €400 and accepted the €200 bonus. The player claims that BetAtHome confiscated the balance on the suspicions of fraud. | Read more

Betathome has a very low tolerance against fraud, take a care before "be smart".

Shari, or any mod, maybe it's just me, but have you ever seen a complaint from a long-term SBR member about a sportsbook not paying them? Seems like I never see the SBR regulars complaining about never getting paid or getting ripped off by some book. There must be a ton of fraud going on in this industry, eh?

Most regular bettors don`t know and don`t use SBR and are only registering/contacting then are facing serious problems with sportsbooks imo.

Forum regulars make complaints too but often they don't want to post anything publicly for various reasons. Sometimes they're just private and prefer to have things handled behind the scenes and other times they're unsure if they even have a case at all so they don't want to bag the book unnecessarily until getting clarification. I'd be the same way. I'd hate to suspect a book of a wrongdoing publicly only to find out I screwed up myself or misunderstood the rules somehow. Especially the way some posters aren't always the most understanding or tolerant of mistakes on here.

I read in other forums also that BAH confiscated balances of more than 20 people.
If BAH presents no proofs of fraud, then BAH is a fraud. Simple like this.
