A BetAtHome (SBR rating C-) player submits an account dispute. The player opened an account after receiving a bonus offer of 50% up to €200. The player deposited €400 and accepted the €200 bonus. The player claims that BetAtHome confiscated the balance on the suspicions of fraud, and has failed to provide additional support.
BetAtHome.com has allegedly not refunded the player's deposit, or provided explanation on how it concluded the player defrauded them. The player denies operating multiple accounts or knowing what he has done to trigger the confiscation.
SBR is following up on the sportsbook complaint.
