No what I meant is if it were allowed here, this would be the place to do it, instead of wiring money to strangers paying to do it, getting attitudes, running again to do the same thing. Worrying about getting paid, and making rollovers.

U would simply buy your ticket, and rip it up if it loses, cash if it wins. I hate offshore books but dont have much choice.

Betislands: Big complaint

Ok Boys,
Here it is. I've had a few negative run ins with betisland's in this last month. First I made a small deposit in between checks & decided I wanted the Freeplay bonus for my deposit. I didn't figure I would be cashing out that amount anyways. So when I setup my deposit with BI I told the rep I wanted the bonus. She said ok.

I made my deposit. I told the rep on the phone, but she apparently didn't give me the bonus. I was driving back home at the time so I couldn't check. When I got home & saw the mistake I called in & did live chat. No one wanted to fix it for me. I waited about a week for Dutch to get back to me. (He had days off). When he did, he did make things semi-right by me.

I will give BI huge credit for at least trying to make things right. I make RO but did not cash out like an idiot. . I say to myself why not, I'll reload and take a bet on the Hall of fame game. I make a quick profit with a parlay of STL, STL/MIL U, and Under for the Hall of fame game. I make a withdrawal of my original deposit.

This is when the next problem pops it's head. I make a wager on a team that did win. They grade it as a loss taking a shot at me. I call "Wagering" to get some jerk who was rude as hell trying to tell me "Everyone knows we grade for 90 minutes". Yet no where on the wager sheet does it say 90 minutes of play. It's not clearly listed period. But the guy continues to be a jerk off.

I wrote to a few guys there and it's radio silence about helping me. If I wanted guys to zero me out for winning bets I'd play at BetOnline. Even Bovada didn't cheat me (Well after like 2-3 months lol)

I happen to disagree. I believe customer service has actually more authority to do custom stuff with individual accounts. Ashley actually gave my 20% monthly rebate 5 days before the end of the month without me even asking.

I gave been in this game for 2 decades and betislands is second to none when it comes to making the customer happy. I have never felt so confident in a sportsbook as I do as a member of betislands. I feel comfortable leaving my funds there. I feel comfortable that if I need a few bucks in my pocket I can call up cashout a few hundred and have it in a few hours.

I have been around the block and to me having basic lines and limited sport betting opportunities is worth the peace of mind that my money is simply a phone call away.

To top it off. Ashley, the customer service representative has to have the sexiest voice if any book.

Well it's nice to say dont play there, but how many others out there dont realize its rigged.

If so many people agree that online casinos are ripoffs they should be gone.

Allowing it to continue is as bad as playing. It hurts everybody, they know u have a chance to win at sports but the casino they will steal it back. Its not enough to say dont play or have it closed, it should be regulated and they should be made to pay back what they steal.

This is not BI only, this is anybody who uses this software and believes they are running a fair operation.

All you have to do is play 20 hands and u will see player gets 16, dealer gets 10 to start, player busts.

Then dealer gets 16, and finds a way to get 19, 20 and push you.

I cant even count the amount of times the dealer doesnt bust on 15 or 16 the worst hand they can have. They get 19 from 16 so often, I write it as a loss before it happens.

Yes it was, It hit 1000 and went off and stayed off for 24 hours. I was told it exceeded a daily limit, never heard of that before.

Im pretty sure it wouldnt have turned off if I lost 1000.

not sure what casino software BI uses but I can tell you that DGS has a feature that you can limit win and loss per day. Now if they are only limiting wins- then there is a big issue there- if the limit it both ways then it is just a way to protect them and the client-

To me its the difference of when the dealer busts to when the player busts. Dealer doesnt bust on the small numbers player does. And the blackjacks are way too much. Its a general consensus not to insure when the dealer has an ace, because odds are he DOESNT have blackjack, he does online.

Give it a try. tell me if Im making this up. And u will lose the key hands like double downs and splits, ha, u lose both.
