I apologize if you were not satisfied by our service , like I mentioned before no book is perfect I do not know of many other GMs or owners that are as readily available as I have been for everyone in the last few years. In regards to our CS well it is slow season and it is common practice that we give vacations to our staff since when regular season kicks off days off do not come around as much this is done by 99% of sportsbooks so alot of these guys sometimes are multi tasking.

Hey , Betislands is not for everyone that does not mean you need to find ways to insult us. There are things that do not change like our payout record , our bonuses and what we have done and do for clients you yourself just posted that I offered you a bonus , which is true I wanted to offer you compensation for any situation but it seems to me that it is in your plans to insult Betislands rather than resolve any issue.

Well, I have read probably hundreds of threads where people insult many books. If somebody agrees then it's fun to pile on, if they dont, then they pile on the OP.

I enjoyed my stay at Betislands....its easy to find faults at a book if you have a 20 point checklist;theres always gonna be a situation that you'll have a difference of opinion with a certain book.All things being equal this is a very good place to play

I actually got through to Jon one evening & I believe he forgot to take his medication that night and he decided to send me my money after I complained about something....no big deal...got paid quickly and still think that Jon and BI are top notch in the industry

BI is a great book for small players but when it comes to betting heavy my choice is Bmaker or Heritage when Football season hits

You sound like you lost and your bitter nothing more. If you think somewhere out there lies a book that has a casino that dumps, gives you free money when you lose a few bucks and keeps their upper management on a direct feed for you than unforntunately I believe you will be disappointed.

I play at most of the books on here and why Betislands is not number one I have never had anything but a pleasant experience with them and Jon(even working thru their website issues a while back)

off top of my head...5 dimes rebate every day, gtbets, weekly rebate, just bet, nightly rebate, I recall back in the days of bodog they gave out a comp if the handle was bad.

U didnt read the thread, every night was a bad night in their casino except one. The post was due to lack of respect from cs.
