BILL, As I mentioned previousy I CAN UNDERSTAND the slow payouts of backlogged accounts but I CANNOT UNDERSTAND that the POST TAKEOVER payout I requested 7/30 has not yet been processed and as of YESTERDAY they have NO TIMETABLE as to when I might receive it! They offered me a 40% bonus to cancel it and redeposit it into my account which indicates to me it has not even been sent to the processor yet! ( which I declined ). They are also not paying their own BOL players and making the same offers! That is why I see it as a $$$ issue and not a " bottleneck " issue! I am now owed backlogged payouts AND current payouts!!

Read the post I linked to for an expanded explanation but in short...Sportsbetting.com has 1.5 million more in payouts pending that BOL has to move than it expeced. Your payout adds to that and you aren't necessarily in front of that line. BOL players are their original players and logic would say they are in front. However, if one of those players who is eligible for a bonus will pass on their payout, it does help others like you move up. Don't take these explanations Im posting as making excuses for them. Im just passing it along. Ideally BetOnline protects their book name by knowing what they are getting into when they do an acquisition. They took on the new players and should be able to perform to their prior standard right away. But as I said in the other post, their handling of acquiring Sportsbetting was a blessing in disguise for players. A broke book got a paying book to put their name on it and the debt from the start. Sportsbetting had nearly 2 million owed to players not counting balances that weren't requested yet.

I think they are facing financial problems. They have the options to go anywhere in the world and incorporate a business that will allow them to move money around. Somewhere in Europe or Asia would be nice for them to setup their own payment processing center that would speed up payment, but they are greedy because they would like to have all the profit for themselves.

How can you run a business that will only accept incoming funds only, but there is no channel for outgoing fund? Is that a business? Sooner or later you the business will close. I think they are running the business as a Ponzie at the moment because they are waiting for new deposit from players in order to pay some players. If the have enough money they could have paid everyone full amount they are owing players -and not only 25% .

I spoke with Lester in the payouts department yesterday as I was confirming all my docs were acceptable and he started that check payouts were delayed but didn't offer any time frame when I asked. He "personally" suggested taking payouts via W~U or M~G which he claimed are not experiencing any delays.

Be aware that Betonline and sportsbetting.ag will mess you up. They will slow your betting business down by slowing paying you and also force you to withdraw you money through P2P which is very expensive. I will never use this book again and I have instruct them to close my account.

I hedge my bet at Betfair and luckily for me I lost all the money they were owning me. It took me couple of days to loose all my money with them.

I hope every one stop using this book.

So I sent it then requested a new payout. Then they cancelled it again saying I can't request any payouts until tomorrow. I requested another payout this morning, it still waiting for approval. It's pain in the azz trying to get payout from them. This is the money I been waiting since June 3

That's not good, I assume you paid extra fee for the faster check. I requested wire this morning, and the amount has been deducted and status as "approved" by now. will keep all updated.
