Exactly same thing happen to my multiple check withdrawals. Yes, they are criminals. If SBR/Lou are keeping silence on this issue, they are the helpers.

Sorry to hear that. I'm assuming they're doing the same to everyone else. They of course knew the entire time there were no checks and waiting for football season to approach so hopefully we will play with the money they credited back. I don't think I'll ever get a check at this point.

I called the backlog audit department. It just goes straight to voicemail. No one picks up. I called the main number. I was told I can now request a withdrawal and pay the fee. I told the guy I've waited 3 months for a check and they can't even waive the fee? He puts me on hold then comes back and says he's letting his upper management know so maybe they can waive the fee for me. They will respond in 24 hours. I told the guy, whats another 24 hours, I've waited 3 months already.

So they tell me I can either A) Keep my funds in and give me 25% bonus or B) Send me 25% of my payout=$625 now which will take 14 business days and wait another 30 days before I can request the rest. HAHA! Total bullshit. So now I have to wait another 30 days before I get most of my money when I've been waiting 3 months already. And the guy tells me the old management wasn't going to pay us so we're lucky they're doing this for us. Hilarious.

I requested a check a month ago, after the management change. I still have not gotten it, but they must be treating it differently than the pre-change requests, as no funds have been put back into my account. Good luck, guys.

I believe everyone who's been waiting on a payout prior to the merger had their balance dumped back into their account. I was told the previous management was not going to pay us, and the current management wanted to put our balances back in so we know the funds are real and we will eventually get them. I'm still not 100% sold that we're going to get anything.

Lou/SBR, I filed complain last week as many people on this board do, and have not got any response from you. BOL needs a downgrade. If SBR can't solve the issue, SBR can at least not mislead our players.

If I can see this, how SBR don't have a clue. Betonline.ag took all payout money from old sportsbetting.ag management and let current sportsbetting.ag to handle the mass, if it would survive. How is this not a betonline.ag issue? a B+ book, SBR/Lou? and soon, betonline.ag could claim they have not collect that part of money from the old sportsbetting.ag management.

From bad to worse! Requested $575.00 which is 25% of balance owed me as instructed by " backlog audit dept". Checked back today to check status, " payout rejected then cancelled"!!! Called and left message at 800# provided waiting for reason! Anybody elses 25 % payout cancelled??

What worries me now is that not only are we waiting for backlogged payouts, im waiting for a post takeover payout that i paid $ 50 for 7 day delivery on 7/30, have not received ( processor delay BS) AND im reading ALOT of posts from BOL players not getting paid!!!!
