I would like to apologize to this player for the delay in his withdrawal. Our average time from request to payment procession is just several hours, but he experienced a delay of several days and I am really sorry for that.

I already talked with this player personally, apologized and assured him no such thing will happen in the future and he accepted this, claiming he still wont deposit to DOXXbet again, what is of course totally legitimate.

Of course, withdrawal was made in full amount. Even this player confirmed that he received this money by this time.

I am sorry for any delay (and I consider a delay to be anything above 24 hours) that occurs, its not standard, but I am sure that there is not a single player that haven received his funds at all or after longer period of time than few days. We will make sure that the withdrawals are made as soon as possible.

To make sure everything is clear and proofed, SBR representative got exact times of request, withdrawals and emails, just few hours after we got this complain from him. I hope he will also confirm that soon.
