A DoxxBet (SBR rating C+) player submits a payout dispute. The player deposited €2,000 with DoxxBet, turning a profit of €140. The player provided a copy of his ID and utility bill. The player tells SBR that he had to provide the documents five times before they were accepted by the sportsbook.
DoxxBet player: "I've deposited 2000 EUR and won 140, then i want to withdraw, they asked from me ID and utility bill, I sent the bill around 5 times. From this time every time I asked about my withdrawal, they said this automatic copy and paste answer. Today was the 5th working day, and no money received. They stopped to
answer me in email, their live chat said only : "It depends on the
financial support" Depends what??"
