i also got the impression they really do trat people on a differet status scale. I deposited $400 back when *********** was up and did not feel i was treated nice with transfer issues, i was playing the RTG casino too.

basically BP needs to learn from betislands. betisands treats people equally. At BP make smuck deposit of a 100 and parlay it into 2k,you're not a priority. post up 2k(no bonus) at BP and they will pay quick as hell. BP will never have rave reviews for this reason. Deposit 100 and you're POS,deposit 2k and your're gold. that is their way of thinking!

Yes, that's me I work at a sports book because being pretty does not make me stupid, I make good money and I have my own business so I have a good life doing what I like, illegal activities are obviously not of my interest. I rather work hard and have dignity. I came to this forum to interact with you all and find out what your feelings towards BP are so so I can get with the rest of the management team and come up with a better plan to keep our players happy, I didn't come to question what you do for living or why you gamble did I?

I'm sorry about your experience... What's your user name? I'll look into your account and see who managed your account back then... all players are treated the same way with small deposits or big deposits

We still have some players from outside of the US, Neteller is an option for them to cash out their winnings. If you are outside of the US and want to join you might be able to do so but this is a management decision.

I'm sorry to hear that, how long ago did this happen? We are processing payouts the same day now and it only takes 24-48 hrs for you to have the money in your pockets.

I played at the BP group off and on through the years and don't think I ever deposited more than $300-400 and never have been treated badly... My experience has been, strictly in terms of customer service, that they have always been one of the better books to deal with...

Well it is always nice to have a rep on the forums in case an issue arises. I currently have a pay out request being processed by Bet Mania. Two months ago it took 7 business days to receive one, we shall see what happens this time. It is on the 5th business day now.

I wish you could do something about my $134K rollover still to go with BetPhoenix though, lol. Started back in September 2009 with a $224K rollover. I have certainly learned my lesson with large deposits and large rollovers, lol...
