hey guys i'm new to this forum, but I've been reading because I have been having the same issues...

I requested a wire back on October 3, I have been endlessly talking in chat sessions with their support team which got me absolutely nowhere. Today the wire finally came through and it is in my pending transactions for my bank... the only problem is these are the 2 amounts that were credited....76.01 and 91.03.
The two wires that I requested were supposed to be for 100 and 140 respectively... I am wondering if it will change when it actually shows up into my account tomorrow, or if they are really dicking me out of 72 dollars?

And Just like the poster above... I had another check payout request that I was told would take 20 days, but it showed up 3 days later....

I read on another forum about this happening to someone else, but it ended up working out for them. They had to contact CS again to see what happened, but I believe that they ended up straightening it out for them and paying them the full amount. It also could be what your bank charged you for the wires. There is normally a fee associated with them, but the amounts that you show seem to be a little random. Try contacting your bank and ask them what, if any, their fees are for bank wires. You also could just wait and see when they clear your account. And be glad that you actually got something...Haha...Congrats on that. I submitted my request on October 1st, so you actually jumped ahead of me somehow. If there is any other details that you can provide as to how you were able to push it through, please let us know. And also please follow up with details from your bank and CS if you eventually contact them. Good luck. Either way, I hope that these lesser amounts don't happen to all of us when they eventually come through.

        UPDATE!!!!!

My money came through today! It was supposed to be for $7,500 but it was for $7,451 and change. That is probably the charge for the wire, but either way, I am just glad that its there! Best of luck to the rest of you waiting and feel free to ask me any questions.

I just kept bugging them every single day... I bitched and complained and kept asking for a manager that mysteriously was never available... hmmm? But I just checked with my bank and for an international bankwire the fee for an incoming transaction is only supposed to be $15... so that doesn't match up with what they gave me. I'm hoping that it changes when it actually enters my actual balance because I know sometimes when you deposit a check for over 100 dollars only the first 100 dollars actually shows up as available... so i dono I guess we will see.... I'm tired of dealing with their shitty customer support team. I asked them today to give me the information regarding my bankwires and the guy told me that it was with the wire team not the customer support team... I then told him to go check with them and he said he was unable to and to check back in 24 hours when the funds are actually in my account... WTF!!! I hate these people....

Actually it wasn't there first thing in the morning, so I called them up and really let them have it. Around 11:30 AM EST it appeared in my account. Best of luck to you DannAconda, I'm sure you will have it soon!

Just an update on my situation.. I used the online chat feature for the first time today, and this was my conversation, which was pretty encouraging...

Dan: Hello, I would like to check the status of a recent withdraw request via wire transfer
Travis Williams: Please stay on line while I check this for you.
Travis Williams: Thank you for staying online.
Travis Williams: It would be done shortly.
Dan: Last I heard, it would take 48 hours.. however, it has been longer than that.. Do you know when I can expect the money in my bank account?
Travis Williams: It would be done by the end of this week.
Dan: What would you suggest I do if that happens to not be the case? Is there anyone I can contact? Or are you certain that it will be done by the end of the week?
Travis Williams: Certainly it would be done by the end of this week.
Dan: Ok then, thank you for your help.
                Travis Williams: You are welcome.
Travis Williams: Is there anything else I can help you with?
                Dan: No thank you
Travis Williams: Have a Nice Day!
                Dan: you too

So, for anyone out there who is still waiting on a transfer, it sounds like they are finally coming through.

Customer Service for this book is useless. The timeframes that they give are all over the board. They are just trying to push you off until the next day. I highly doubt these Bank Wires will ever happen. I wouldn't check your bank accounts multiple times per day. It's just going to stress you out. Hopefully, the book will just send out checks via FedEx and give up on the Bank Wires. That seems like the only method that works.

DannAconda44 - I don't want to discourage you but don't be surprised that by the end of the week you're back chatting with CS wondering why the Wire hasn't gone through. Customer Service at this book always makes guarantees regarding Bank Wires then never delivers. The agent might have even said by the end of the week just to keep you out of their hair for a while. I have been paid by this book by check via FedEx but I'm just not convinced that these wires will ever happen

Now they are requesting that I send them a bank statement along with a bankwire slip.. I just went to my bank and got copies and I have sent them to them as a PDF file. We will see what happens

Michelle Ross: You may send it to support@sportsbetting.com along with the baqnk wire slip.
Michelle Ross: Once we receive the copies, we will forward them to the accounting department.

so we will see how long this takes I guess... never using this sportsbook again... Does anybody know a good one that works for US players with easy deposit and easy cashouts?

I've been looking for a good US book too. I tried some highly rated ones for US customers and this is what I found below. I assumed that I could use a credit like I did on Sportsbettong.com. I tried the Greek but the same credit card that worked for sportsbetting.com was denied on the Greek. I tried 5dimes but the site read, "Only accounts open and active for a minimum period of 90 days are eligible for credit/debit card processing when available." I haven't followed through with BetJamaica yet but noticed that you have to fill out a form and fax in a copy of your license and credit card before you can attempt making a deposit.

Their are several good US books. I have accounts at 5Dimes, The Greek, and Bet Jamaica. My regular credit card has been denied at all of them so I had to fund them using different methods. The pre-paid **** All Access card works at all of those sportsbooks. These cards are probably sold at your local supermarket or convenience store. They work just like a debit card, you have to put the money on them first, and are accepted everywhere.

You could also send money to any of these books using MoneyGram or Western Union. I have done this at The Greek, 5Dimes, and Bet Jam without any problems.

sportsbetting is paying faster then 5dimes and its coming from the same place in Canada. I put in for a check on Friday and got it yesterday.

5 dimes is taking 10 days not bad but numbers and limits are very small. bookmaker also stinks stay away from them. In the end sportsbetting has the best deal for the sharp player, although payouts can be an issue they are fine at this very moment. Maybe the best in the industry for US players...

The two checks ($2500 each) I requested 10 days ago arrived today. One was for $2460, so I assume they applied the $40 fee despite their email in September that this fee would not apply.

But it was such a relief to even get the checks. I will be further relieved if they clear.

I also requested a $2500 bankwire 10 days ago. About 4 or 5 days after that, I got an email asking me to verify the info I submitted online. Have not heard another word about that wire, and it has not come.

I just talked with their customer support and they told me that my bank may have charged me for the incoming wire transfers. I called my bank they only charged me $15 for the second transfer because I get 1 free per month. That means they sent me 2 wire transfers amounting to around $91 a piece... when in reality they were supposed to be $140 and $100.... BEWARE this site is bullshit

this is nothing more then a guess but I would bet that it has something to do with the currency they are paying with.....just a thought the dollar has roared in recent weeks which could have caused you to get less cash. I don't think it was done with cause.

                                              Guys,

I'm in shock today. I just noticed a wire transfer into my checking account today on 10/17 Friday. The status reads "Pending" and the transaction type is "TC." I'm not sure what "TC" stands for. Do you guys know? Has anyone else received a wire recently? It's for $500 which isn't a huge amount based on some of my winnings. I'll let you guys know if the "Pending" status changes to "Cleared."

I've had seen a lot with this book over the last couple months. I had $2500 check bounce. Then I've gotten 3 checks via FedEx that appear to have cleared.

It looks like this book is really trying to make good

I made the request a little over 1 week ago. I responded to their e-mail regarding bank info on 10/10. I know the 10/10 date for sure because I just checked my e-mail account.

I hope this wire clears. My bank freaked out when the first check bounced so I'm hoping they aren't all paranoid.

Congratulations, that makes 2 of us! I was also stunned to see that I received the wire transfer into my account today. I believe the TC stands for transfer credit. It already shows up in my "available" account balance, so I guess it has cleared.

So far so good with payouts with Sportsbetting for me. I received a check last month and now the wire transfer. Both times their customer service reps had no clue what was going on, but they have paid.

Unfortunately, I did get hit with a $42 transfer fee. That is probably charged by my bank as it is an international transfer. It would therefore make more sense to take the check as the payout option next time because no fees are charged on cashing a check. Glad to see we are getting paid though.

I was also in disbelief this morning as I checked my bank account to find a transfer for $2350 in my account! It was $40 less than it was supposed to be, which might be because of a charge, who knows.. but I don't care. It has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my adult life, especially since I was really relying on this money.

But I'm glad to hear that some of you also have been getting money.. Congrats.. We earned it by being savvy investors, and especially for putting up with this crap.

Maybe I shouldn't speak too soon though because 1) its in my available balance, not my posted balance yet and 2) its not exactly kosher according to the government, so who knows if it will be removed at some point.

Either way, I think I'm retiring from betting on sports, politics, reality shows, etc.

I requested a wire on 9/27 and received it today (10/17).. They will give you timeframes such as "48 hours" or "3-5 days" but truthfully you'll get your money when they get around to doing it. Who knows how much money they have, but they appear to be paying out. So sit tight, get on them, talk to customer service, ask for definite answers, and try not to get too stressed if it doesn't show up right away.

One reason I liked Sportsbetting.com was because they allowed credit card deposits with no hassle. Being a US customer you want find any respectable books that allow credit card deposits. If you go with The Greek you can transfer money from your credit card to The Greek using Moneygram online or you can go to a physical Moneygram location and send the money to The Greek.

Now that my wire has cleared and I've received checks from them I feel pretty comfortable betting with them. I will also consider the Greek and the deposit options that you advised.

Hey guys - new to SBR but I have an account with sportsbetting.com

I made three bank wire withdrawal requests... all three came in underpaid by $49-$50... my bank does NOT charge any fees for international incoming bank wires...

I've been in contact with CS many times and I'm going to be sending a letter to them that details the amount I've received compared to what I requested..

To me, it is very obvious that the bank used by sportsbetting.com is charging the fees.. For example, if you request 5,000.00, SB.com sends that information to the originator bank (which based on the information I have is BHF-Bank in Frankfurt, Germany). SB.com says "pay that man 5,000.00" but shouldn't that bank charge a fee for OUTGOING bank wires?

any bank guys with knowledge on this? and more importantly, has anyone made any progress. I am currently underpaid by 148 dollars for no reason.

                                                            thanks.

Last time I even send them copy of my incoming wire that shows that their bank send me $50 less and still recived the same auto response. They did not read even what I wrote.
Overall I still OK with sportsbetting but I am not going to use bank wire transfer, that is for sure.

My theory is that the book pays when it gets the cash to do so. After this past Monday, the book may have gotten some cash, as it appears to me that it took a position on the Pats. Their line was Denver +3.5 whereas it was Denver +3 everywhere else.

But there is now a new 20% promo, suggesting they still need more cash.

SBR is an excellent resource for helping people out, and one of the most helpful hints I can think of is to ignore this individual completely as nothing good will come of his "advice".....
