I still love this book but I'm nowhere near as high on it as I was.

the site is horseshit. they half assed this new "software" and basically are back to the same shit from before. also promised new casino which isnt in nor have their limits been increased for either race,sports or casino games. cents was something they focused on as if it made such a difference yet it still doesnt show cents properly. im sure you sharp ***** were using the rounding to your advantage so quit the moaning. great site, they have payed me promptly but i see this as a big moment for BI. switch up the software make it more functional yet simple to use. also adding new bets and so on...casino games rake in money too expand on that. in the end you jon run your book. just take this as some real shit pal.... do it jon.. stray away from the nest of half ass sportsbooks... go all in with us the players pal.

Jon, when will overnight NBA lines be available. A few days ago you said they would be available Friday night. It is Saturday and there are still no overnight NBA lines.

Actually, this is worse that the "old software". Give Jon some time - I'm sure they will get it right, but the rounding everything to the house's whole dollar adavantage is awful. The old software was much much better, and the new software was ok. But this hybrid is not good.

The player props I can understand due to the playoffs coming up and lot of major players sitting out.

However, no overnight baseball or NBA is unacceptable.

I had an MMA ticket that won, when I looked for it online, it was gone? I had to call and basically threaten them to get my money, I was so pissed. BI also just recently took my half points away last month? The reason a CS rep gave me was because I hadn't made a deposit in over 4 days? I was like WTF!! To add insult to injury, they post late NBA totals and rarely post NBA money lines.

Yes, I love the software, friendly CS and fast payouts, but what good is that if you are severely limited in betting options? I'm done with them unitl they clean up their act.

Our free half points expired earlier this year and I gave everyone with a pending rollover a chance to meet their bonus requirements with the free half point promo. We did just move into our own facility and just like after any mayor change whenever a client has an issue we do our best to solve it .. no book is perfect and all books have issues it is how the book handles it that counts.

Regarding the deposit over 4 days .. who was the rep ? I will have a word with them since that has no effect on the free half point since it expired months ago.

We post NBA moneylines on a daily and totals as well , if anyone would like to see a line up just contact us and we will be more than happy to have them up for you.

I have always stated we are not trying to be Pinnacle but a solid out for US players with good bonuses and fast payouts PM me or email me for any special requests and I will do my best to provide players with as many options possible.

no MLB overnights is bad.
Not having a line up for Sundays Nadal/Djokovik ATP finals match is atrocious. (As someone else posted in another thread). #1 vs #2 in the world. Even F books have these things.

BetIslands needed to make the move to their own office and hosting to grow for the future. Switching platforms and moving databases is a huge undertaking for every book. Nothing good ever comes of it immediately after they pull the trigger. Ideally the switch could have come after the NBA playoffs but BI's features and service is coming back around. BetIslands has assured SBR that the wagering menu is now scalable and built to expand and the service staff is much bigger to maintain the level of support. Keep the feedback coming here and to SBR.

I can't speak to the dual lines matter, but the rounding problem has been corrected.

Betislands has also gone downhill with their boxing lines. They didn't have anything for last weekend, and now only appear to only be hanging lines on the most major fights. Also, instead of having every line listed under a "boxing" menu, each fight has its own seperate menu. That's not a huge deal, but it does look strange.

I understand that you may not see some offerings that you did 2 weeks ago , but please keep in mind our change was of the larger scale brand new facility , new wagering managers and clerks and getting situated has caused some hi cups but we have done our best to take care of everyone I do not think any player can dispute that.

Our payouts have been smooth as always , the service is still top notch and we still offer some good bonuses if you want to see more lines email me or PM me but to question us as a whole is not really fair when the whole reason we did our change was to be able to expand to service our players better.

In regards of dual lines Evo ? We do not simple I am willing to let Justin7 from SBR watch our lines at all times , like I said before we are a public book meaning that when something goes wrong you will hear about 10 x faster than any other book this thread for example. I am a fair person and I run a fair shop players can confirm this.

We are doing our best to become a top out for America but we cannot be perfect we cannot offer what some other books offer with our bonuses. We may not offer all the exotic options that others book do but we do offer 100% freeplay , same day payouts and solid CS. We deal mainstream sports if someone wants to see something special put up contact us and we will do our best to have that line up for you.

I had an issue with how a play was graded/entered via live chat last week.They were having system issues so i tried to get in on a play before tip via live chat.By the time our live chat was done the game was ten minutes past tip.I told Jon at one point to never mind,don't woory about it and he said he would keep an eye on it but never confirmed it was a play.He just left the chat and never asked for my password to confirm.I checked my account and there was nothing pending until 40 minutes past tip,it was a 1h play mind you.I tried to get jon via live chat but they said he was not avaliable so I just took my $550 loss and decided to move past it.I decide to put $200 in this week and when i call for my account manager he gives me the brush off line of""when you need a name/destination for a deposit call our service reps as I'm to be making sales calls with my time".I've been dealing with him and only him for almost a year as I've told before him I don't like dealing with 10 different people when I'm calling my book.By the way I did'nt mention the above issue until now, but after the brush off I'll go back to my other book this week.I'm not saying thay are a bad book but the last week for me was not good.

Im not happy with them. They dropped my limits from a grand to 200. That is incredible. There customer service is great but its been slacking as of late. I cant get a hold of Leo, Nick, and Jon. Have emailed them regarding this and nothing. Its very frustrating.

I dont know.. According to Ben, someone made a deposit of 30k and there was a problem with that deposit. Thats why Jon had to go out to take care of the issue. I mean, I called, tried live chat, and emailed him. Everytime I called, they were like he will be back in hour.. So I called them back and he is not there again...

Using BI for horse action? LOL. BI is a good sportsbook, period. For horses, you should be playing at 5D or Bookmaker --better limits, more tracks to choose from, and next day rebates on your action.
