I don't play props much, but I do enjoy playing one every other day or so. What about all the people at BI who mainly play prop bets? They are basically going to close shop on them and tell them to wait patiently for the playoffs which doesn't start for another 2 weeks. Really disappointing.

I mean, what is the reason for not offering prop bets til the playoffs? I can't quite figure this one out. And the no lines overnight is a real killer for me as well.

I've played at a lot of books (justbet, betjam, heritage, bodog, etc.), and up until a few days ago I proudly said BI was the best book I've ever been with. Now I'm starting to think otherwise. What they do is their choice, but by doing this they are going to lose a lot of business.

Hi Guys,

We changed softwares sunday , after popular demand by the players this translates into 2 big changes in a week we have focused our efforts on getting the sportsbook and infrastructure running smooth than expanding our betting options right away.

We have added cents to our softwares and increased our limits, props and overnight lines will come in the next 72 hours we do offer game props but we intend to expand our cart 3x.

Betislands is not going anywere I have asked clients to bare with us the last couple days while we get situated , this is nothing but a transition phase for the better.

Our payouts are still the fastest , our bonuses are still one of the best , our CS is still top notch.

Chill everyone they can't offer you your wish list of options until they get the software in place to support it. Have patience.. This is a top notch book... What other GM is on SBR daily addressing wants and /or cocerns?? Has Tony ever shown up here to address his players ??? No he hasn't- give these guys a week or 2 with there updated site before you start whining like a bunch of little bitches....

Thanks John for the quick response. There is no doubt that you guys have the best CS in the industry.

As for people telling me that i'm over-reacting and "acting like a whiney bitch," I have the right to choose another book. I never slammed BI. If you read my post above, I said what they choose to do is their choice, and if I don't agree with it then I have the choice to stay or leave. If a restaurant decides to not serve late at night and takes off your favorite meal off their menu, is it wrong not to go their anymore? No.

What BI chooses to do is their choice, and I understand that they are going through a lot of software changes. Where I choose to play is my choice.

John I'll stick with you guys since it sounds like this is a very temporary thing. From what I heard earlier this was a near permanent thing (as far as no overnight lines).

I've used B.I as my non mma book for awhile and I hope everything returns to normal soon cause right now things are pretty bad..I've had several wagers graded incorrectly, their soccer betting options are basically gone, and as I type this their server is down during the prime betting hours.

I've played with Betislands for a while now, I played all about 7 or 8 other books in the past including all the other big ones. Betislands is the best by far. Give them some time to work things out, they've only been improving and lets not forget the most important thing is still getting paid.

Our overnight staff will be in place starting friday we have been expanding our betting cart on a daily give it a few more days to see the full selection.

What's up with this? If a book wants to act like it's 1998 and round to nearest dollar, so be it. If a book wants to "round" a $10 +178 bet to +170 (which is what BI is currently doing), that's fraud.

He wasn't lying when he said they added cents to the software.He just failed to mention that the cents went to BI.I just tested it several different ways and no matter how you play it goes their way.

The old software would round up at .50 and round down for lower than fifty cents. Then the "old new" software was showing cents and calculating correctly. Now the current software is rounding down for any change involved.

Regarding NBA player props....wouldn't read too much into decision to drop them until playoffs....too many meaningless games and resting of players as the season winds down. These props would be picked apart by savvy punters.

I agree.....stealing all change is an unethical business practice at best & my sole problem with this otherwise solid book. I'll raise you by saying a $10 +179 bet is changed to +170.

Make sure to print your tickets now too.Made a bet this morning that was confirmed and now it's gone.My own fault for not printing it but this new software sucks or these guys are becoming a bubblegum shop.

Print bets, who does that? If a confirmed bet disappears on me, that will be the last day I play there.
