I would say Heritage , bookmaker family , 5dimes and YES betislands.. the guy behind it has not missed a payout in years even before Betislands and they are one of the better ones.

I am hoping we can squeeze out at least 15 solid places for guys, am just tired of the same beat to death 5 services when I know there are at least a dozen that can be counted on and if we got into the BetIslands thing then they will just start putting up all the new ones and honestly only BetIslands is the only proven one IMHO, it is also the oldest of the newest outfits.

I agree about EZ, funny you mention. I talked with an industry guy today and he said the principle was so upset with how things were dealt with last year (Corey... Powers) he basically canned core upper management and has big plans to bring in a solid veteran with an impeccable reputation to set them back on course. The Corey thing had gotten out of control over quote unquote the principle of dealing with a known scammer. Also, they had gotten just plain bad advice on how to handle the situation and regrets how bad it went. I actually believe this and have heard and seen how they have set a very high customer service and payout standard and stuck to it since the incident. You know, if this person publicly admitted a mistake was made based on unsound advice, these guys rely heavily on advice believe it or not, and a genuine olive branch of humility was put out I would consider the issue done and look at the track record since as being solid. The olive branch I am thinking is like $10k to a charity... I have serious issues with it being paid to Corey with all the negative issues surrounding that guy, lets just call it karma and some needy and deserving people getting 10k instead suits me fine.

How about justbet and rebatewager? Never heard anyone not getting paid by these two and both have good customer service. Neither is great for line value but most in this list are not. Nothing beats 5dimes.

dolson, u had mentioned on another post... different thread that you may of had an issue with another service. You might be so kind, could you please tell us on this thread what happend. Also, try and be clear and not leave out details... it is best for complete event history for guys on the forum to help or you can get bad advice based off of assumptions. This is best for the player and the service to have the facts... sometimes the service is right and the player is wrong. Not saying that is your case, just how important facts are. Good luck at Legends as well... they are safe. What bonus are they offering on that dime by the way?

Hello, EZ emailed me and offered me a nice bonus, 100% in fact, i accepted and started playing, was up about $300 after one day of successful wagers , then got an email the next day saying my account was closed , my gaming privileges revoked and winnings nulified,
the reason , management decided to revoke my privileges without an explanation. I started calling to speak to management to ask for the reason, I was told by everyone in customer service that I must speak to "Dan" the manager, i was never able to reach him, he was either out to lunch or in a meeting every time I called, he never returned a call, the other customer service members were absolutely useless,no one there seemed too concerned about my customer satisfaction, after a week i finally got my deposit back minus transaction fees and all my winnings.

My winnings were canceled, all I got back after a lot of effort on my part, was my deposit minus fees!

I thought about filing a complaint with SBR ,but it was only about $300 in winnings, and they did finally give my deposit back, they do have the right to deny action to anyone and close accounts, i just wish they would have denied my action before a won few bets.

If your only sin was winning then they do not have the right to take them off you.

Hareeba, your right. That is deplorable, need a mediator to check this out and confirm though at the least. Just to make sure no part of the story was accidentally left out, but if as black and white as it appears it surely does not indicate a high level of customer service. If confirmed I might try to have the list edited less one... cannot do anymore edits on my own it appears.

I too wonder how much of the story the OP has omitted. His reluctance to follow it through after being "robbed" of his winnings makes me all the more curious.

I prefer to save my SRB complaints for larger amounts of money, I consider my dealings with EZ was a learning experience and have come to the realization that I should not have jumped at a big bonus from a sportsbook with a "D"rating. Case closed.

Just want to confirm, sometimes people say Easy Street is the dirty dog... but want to make absolutely sure it was not 7Red... their new skin. I have noticed that there is a gang that really has it out for Easy Street even though they have made a strong effort to clean their act up since the famous Cory $45k casino no pay with Powers behind the wheel. Also, I am by no means a shill for EZ, if anything I really like http://www.alliancesportsbook.com/, they are one of the few books, new to boot, that did exactly what they said they were going to do. They gave me a freebet and when I completed the rollover I asked for my $200 expecting them to demand a deposit before they would authorize my withdrawal. Not the case at all, David asked me how I would like my money sent and I asked what my options were assuming he would say I could only have a check and it would cost me a hundred bucks and take 2 weeks. He told me I could have any of their standard payout methods they offered and I was like even p2p, he said no problem and the fee would be $25 and I could pickup my cash in the afternoon. I didnt believe him, figured I would hear some excuse why it could not be completed by lunch time, but sure enough... asked for a payout 10 am and had a control number 3pm... had cash in hand, $175 ($200 - $25 p2p fee) by 4pm. Never even sent them a penny and they more than honored their free bet promotion. Turned around the next day and sent the money back plus a little extra for the 100% 10x roll deposit bonus, didnt make it this time though... had it all on 11th ranked Indiana January when the Cornhuskers handed them their ass, couldnt believe it man, what an upset. Anyway, it is refreshing to be treated so well and not have a service get over in some way like the common practice of over charging P2p fees or something. I never could understand why it would cost me $50 bucks to send a p2p call it amount A and have a book turn around and charge me $200 to send the same amount A back by the same p2p. Oh, and please do not post, why would you withdrawal the same amount you posted up... it is an examppplllleeeeee.

Yes I agree, alliancesportsbook is topnotche, they pay on time , the 1st payout is free, and they are genuinely concerned about their customers, I can't say that about EZstreet.

I'm a big fan of BetIslands. I had one payout that took longer than 10days and they contacted me 3 times during that time with info on the payment and then gave me a freeplay for the delay. I have had much slower payouts from other books with no update whatsoever. I also like Bookmaker, but i have no info (good or bad) on their payouts

Betislands and Bookmaker are both top of the line sportsbooks, SBR is absolutely right grading them as A+ sportsbooks.
