Hi. It seems to me i'm the victim of a scam by bookmaker Goalwin and i would like to know if there are other customers who experience the same situation as me on forum SBR:
I've been betting for a few months on bookmaker Goalwin but about 10 days ago, when i tried to login, a message told me account was closed and i had to contact customer service. I did, and Goalwin explained me that due to new legislation in my country they couldn't accept customers from my country anymore (i precise that before registering i had asked them if they accepted customers from my country and they answered me yes, no problem - i keep their email). No problem, i can understand that they have to obey to country legislation. But i was surprised that they didn't send me an email to inform me of the situation (if i hadn't contact them, they never would have inform me!) and that they didn't immediately fund my moneybookers account with my remaining balance on Goalwin. I had already made payout via Moneybookers on goalwin and it took about 3 days, but there, after about 10 days money hasn't been returned yet... Everytime i contact them by email they tell me the same thing:
"I have asked for a settlement of any outstanding bets from our betting provider and as soon as possible will we fund your Moneybookers account with your outstanding balance on Goalwin.com."
And every time i tell them that i have no pending bet so why such a long time to be paid ???
In fact, i fear they try to confiscate/keep money from former customers as me... I'll immediately post a complaint , but i'd like to know if other members of forum share the same experience ? (Goalwin isn't a "big" bookmaker and i suppose there mustn't be many customers here on SBR, but one never knows..)
