Not sure what your exact issue is, all I can say is i have been with Legends for a while now, and I have never ever had a problem getting paid. The longest I have had to wait is the next day, but in most cases if I called at 10 am in morning I had a control number at 6 pm that same day. I have used several books in the past, Skybook, Bet Horizon, to name a few and none of them paid as fast as Legends. Their customer service is the best I have have seen.................

update on payout
come to find out the reason my payout is taking long time is that it wasnt processed on tuesday the 7th thats when you can reqest a check payout express and it wasnt processed till feb 14th one week after i requested it,just got tracking number today i guess when rachel is on vacation the ship sinks just my bad luck, they failed the test.

got check today,took 15 days judy apoligized that my withdral was proccesed a week late thats what caused the delay ,still think i will stay away for awhile and try ilands out happy with youwager fast payout and five dimes fast payout so all is good

All books, even the best like 5Dimes (last Nov/Dec), have payout delays due to processor issues from time to time. No one in this industry is immune to it right now in the current offshore environment. If you're going to switch to 5d, BI, etc......do it because they have WAY better wagering options and software......not because of 1 delayed payment.Comment -
6737, so true... right now everyone and their mother are trying to pull funds out since Superbowl just signaled the official end to the football season for most guys and many only wager on football so all these guys are getting payouts or submitting payout requests right now. Your delay is not bad enough to switch services, especially since you did get paid in what I still consider a timely manner. But hey, maybe you just want a change and this is really just an excuse to try something new, right... no biggie. It is smart to try a few services so you know who pays and who doesnt when you need it. Just remember though, that is why SBR and your fellow posters are here... so you can get a good idea of who pays and what their differnet strengths and weakness are, there is not a better forum for this help, bar none.Comment -
you guys are right,guess i got alittle over excited
i know i will use legends again didnt realy think about the football season being over,just wish legends could have updated me on the status when i cashed out they never confirmed my withdral ,after 7 days i had to call and talked to hazel to find out that my withdral wasnt even processed yet,just some communication would have ment alot i guess obamas beating us ,cant let them win.
