i always herd good things about Legends,about how fast there payouts were,not for me.did roller and alldocuments received and approved for withdral.7 days now still not processed.im not here to dog legends just to pass on my experience with them.i think i will stick with 5 dimes ,just thought i would try them out .i have had a account with legends about 3 years now.been coming on sbr ,and folling bill dozers for many years and bill and sbr review are the real deal ,had bill and will help me out with a problem many years ago and they got the job done.in my opinion i think its another classic slow pay.theses off shore books dont like it when you hit and run.but atleast i found out earley.for the record i do believe that legends will pay me .but im very disappointed in the slow pay.thanks poker 6469

tried to reload two 500.00 transactions with them 4 days ago and couldnt get it too
go threw called twice spoke too judy second time,was told to let system reset and try again ,had to reload at another book.glad i did now,ask judy she will comfirm tried for 2 hours with no success,even checked with my bank and my my limit was 5000k a day .that turned me off,oh by the way i was on carolina and would have lost lol.Comment -

called and spoke with hazel custmer rep,and was told would have to wait up to 15 days after my withdral was processed,15 business days that is.she said they have a new processer ,just my bad luck i guess.i told hazel that i wasnt happy at all they could have emailed me the status of my withdral that is unexceptionable for a so called A+ book hell beted was better t5han that lol.well im glad that im onley 4 hours from las vegas.will stick with five dime and think i will try bet ISLANDS.you a simmple email would have ment alot to me.slow pay thats all this is .i will be bloging everywhere i can about legends what a joke they are bet the pig right lol.

Plus 15 business days isn't really a slow pay.
I'm not sure if you have heard, but sports betting is illegal in the United States and the government has chosen to be real pricks about it. Processing payments is a big time hassle for all these books and I'm sure they find it a much more annoying problem than you do.
Legends isn't going to rip you off. They have an A+ rating for a reason and a big part of that has been their smooth payouts.
Slow pays are just part of the territory given the legal climate, but it's honestly not the books fault.
Also, I say this as someone who has gotten slow paid twice in the last few months, in addition to having two checks bounced. It's frustrating, but it's just a fact of life these days...Comment -

DirkDiggs has a point... since when is seven days a slow pay.... seriously. Also to put up a thread about a reputable operation with slow pay in it over waiting seven days is unreasonable and will only create anymosity between you and the service. As stated, these transactions are frowned upon by certain groups and have made it very difficult to do business. Also, you cant think thaat because they can complete a deposit and post it to an account within hours that they can just as easily send out a payment. Many small amounts are are sent from a highly dispersed geographic area to end up at one place... easy with so many involved representing themselves, which avoids most scrutiny. That final destination has to go to alot of trouble to not be obvious and get funds dispersed back out... it is absolutely not the same situation as coming in and cannot be compared. Also, if they make a mistake in is not just that one payout that is geopardized, it is the processor and all available funds. So any measures taken and any completed withdrawal within 2 weeks should be appreciated let alone the services that can push out payments in 48 hours or same day. So in the end, payouts within a week are not a right... good services try there best but it is just not possible to get everyone done in 24 hours though some try.Comment -

touchback i would not have a problem with legends if they would have sent me an email stating that my withdral request had been proccced and would be sent ,i dont have a problem with 15 business days but for a so callled A+ book i should have been sent a confirmation,look i been sports betting online since 1996,bill dozer knows me and will that worked here years back .i know legends will pay me thats not a worrie dont like the way my withdral was handled.and again i must say the phone customer service over there at legends ,as for as being nice and curtious they are A+ but the most important thing of all was a F- the way they handled my payout shoot me a simple email 8 days and withdral not even confirmed.bull- itt.im not going comment again until im paid and will up date.why 8 days later do i have to call and ask if my payout has been processed,to find out it hasnt i know some people on here have special interest in some of the books.when somebody comes on here and shares there experience are a bad guy.Comment -
Poker... fair enough. A word here and there that they have not forgotten about you is not much to ask. Many difficult situations, in general can go alot easier if people just communicate a little more and it is especially important when it comes to getting ones own money. The problem I have realized is that the accounting department and customer service are completely different staff and unlike customer service the accounting employees dont have the training nor the motivation to stay on par. Not just Legends but basically across the board.. and I assure my friend, and congrats on the withdrawal, i didnt post because it was a Legends issue. Just saying is all, nothing personal. My apologies if I offended... to many drama queens on this forum already and my wife is enough drama for me already, so not starting anything. Keep that roll going
