Does bookmaker usually take 24 hours to grade soccer wagers

I know nobody gives a shit but I already talked to customer service 4 times and they say the wagers have to be graded manually. It's been 26 hours and they still can't do it.

This is just a pathetic effort.

After 5 live chats and various calls to ask if they could grade it they still have not graded shit. I talked to their wagering dept on the phone and they told me 20 minutes. That was 8 hours ago.

Bookmaker just lost a customer. This is pathetic.

I haven't played there in ages. I was considering reloading with them but that is unacceptable. Not to mention their lines. Think I'll pass. Sorry to hear that.

I just can't believe how bad their CS is. The guy on the phone spoke horribly and I could tell he wasn't paying attention to me cause he didn't even really ask much about the bet. Their live chat doesn't do shit cause they are not part of the grading department. The bet I made was on live betting and I should have know after the dozens of thread saying how bad their live betting is.

Well here's what happened:

The bet is still pending but today I woke up and there is money in the account as if they had graded the bet but the bet and money for that bet is still pending. I talked to live chat and they really didn't know what happened. I thought maybe it was a mistake but they say they don't know. I just figured there was some kind of problem with their grading software and they credited me with the money I would have won.
