What a load of garbage. I made a deposit on December 5th, hit a nice parlay and tried starting the process of withdrawing by making a payout request the next day. It got rejected. Then I tried again today and it got rejected again. Apparently the new speedier process requires waiting 7 days (or more?) before a withdrawal can be processed. Well I've made quite a few next day withdrawals with them for years now so I'll stick by 'em as they've usually treated me well. just wanted to point out that the payout procedures ARE SLOWER now not sped up as per their claim on the site.

I'll try withdrawing again tomorrow and see what happens. Love how they all take money in 5 seconds but payouts are always a different story

Anyhow- I know it'll work out. They're always good to me, I have no reason to think otherwise. I just think in the future I'll get my lazy behind up and load a card for 5dimes because they are the only place that has NEVER been a hassle. Why would anyone go elsewhere ( for me it was convenience and more computer deposit options...).

BOL boasted improved payout times at the start of the football season. I remember a rep starting the thread in this forum. They failed miserably on that promise, too.

When they get it straightened out I'll post it on here. They have actually been the most polite book (other than one lady at 5d) on the phone and have always paid within a decent amount of time except once when there was a check processor issue supposedly going on a few months ago. Ever since I've requested smaller increment amounts person to person and it's been good... except for this last delay. But the bright side is I've been able to add a little more winnings in the time they've made me wait so I'll get a bigger withdrawal

I have been playing with them for all year and I have won alot. I made a deposit last Thursday. I requested a payout today and they cancelled it. One guy says that you have to wait 7 businees days not including Saturday or Sunday. One guy says that I can request a payout tomorrow. I mean It is like they are starting to make up there own rules as they go. I have had some other issues with them too. Everyone on here has been bashing them and but they were treating me good, but now i'm starting to get fed up with there BS!

They should grant your request tomorrow. The guy with whom I spoke said I'll bet you want to get the payout for Christmas and was polite about it yesterday when I made my 3rd request. I didn't like the extra wait, but they paid it when they said they would. I think they are struggling with processors etc. just a guess, I don't know the other end of the biz. Anyhow I'm still quite pleased with them. Just give them those seven biz days and it'll be taken care of without a prob. On a side note I'm a sucker for their paris night 3d slot- that thing has paid off for me a hell of a lot- way more than any Vegas or Indian Casino ( I hardly ever waste money on slots but these games are amusing entertainment for a small amount of $ before or after games). I'm amazed at the good fortune I've had with the Paris 3d and rock star 3d- the others haven't been so good. And nope- I do not work for BOL. I think the key with them is to withdraw in reasonable increments once a week... seem to be snags when you try to get the larger sums all at once. I always have good mojo when I wager there , so sticking with them. Hope you get that payout ASAP

They pay, it doesn't take that long.....people are way harder on them then other books for some reason.

The only real criticism I have is the $250 cost for a sportsbook transfer is too much.

ive seen proof they try and steal poker winnings and if u call over 30 days not long for payouts then no wonder u dont care

most players do care how long a payout takes, and theres a good reason the threads that have been seen here reguarding them the last 3 months, which have all turned out to be nothing but the truth

too many better options, even for us U.S. players
