    Can somone Explain this?
Whats the difference between a reload bonus and a freeplay. Im having a hard time understanding roll over requirments and how books keep track of what money has to roll over and what doesnt.

A reload bonus is a reward for making a deposit.
The reward can take various forms, one of which is a freeplay.
Mostly rewards come with a rollover requirement which means you need to bet x times what you deposited plus any winnings from the freeplay.
The specific rules for freeplays and rollovers should be stated on the bookie's site. Always familiarise yourself with them before committing yourself.

So if your account total drops more than the inital deposit/freeplay-winnings that rollover is eliminated?

Generally speaking, I wouldn't think so. But if your balance zeroes out I think you're rollover is met. As I said, always read up on the terms and conditions first and if in doubt ask them.

My balance zero out and i still had a free play in open bet because its a team total wins for the season. I then added 2000 and now have that 2000 at risk. What I want to know is once this 2000 hits Sunday can i cash out 3000. The person on live chat said my roll over is met which i emailed to myself. Im just confused how they keep track of your balance that received bonuses and that did not.
From the above would you say I can cash out without a problem?

I would expect that the software systems they use all have the necessary tracking algorithms in them. If you have it in writing that you have extinguished your rollover then I would expect you could count on that. But live chat staff don't always get it right. The real test will come when you make the withdrawal request. Good luck.

It depends on the book, some (mine) display and calculate in real time your current and expected roll over, and highlight the bets that qualified for it so you never have to be wondering about where you are on it. It is a matter of looking around. But it is true, before i saw it with these guys, I was always on chat or the phone with them to get that info, which i found odd cause it should be something very straight forward.
