It says that it's an exclusive bookmaker for very rich ppl. The site had flash and music and looked like some club site. Site design certainly doesn't fit what ppl expect out of a betting site.

If you read closely, they point out several times that they're NOT a bookmaker, but a betting brokerage service for professional bettors.
Only people who wager extraordinarily large sums need them, or people who can't or don't want to sign up to bookmakers directly. I'm not one of those people, so I can't tell you from my personal experience. Maybe there's someone else here
