No, 5dimes wants its players affected to scan over something like a monthly paper statement so they can see within the 3-5 business days, you didnt recieve the money! I'm sorry but I have a big problem with 5dimes looking into my personal finances.

I believe with the help of SBR looking into this matter not only for me but many other players, we could possibly get something resolved. If I believed for a second that 5dimes would pay me, I wouldnt be here asking questions and just commenting about games and parlays, etc.

Its not the delays that got me pissed off, its the lies that 5dimes is giving its players. They do not want to provide proof on their end the A,C,H, file was sent so they want players to send in personal bank account information.

I sure hope so Nats Fan...Unfortuately, I was told the same thing by Full Tilt poker. I tried to cash out my $2,300 I had on there after black friday but never got a dime and since then I've given up. Hopefully, 5dimes will not put me in the same situation!

Dude I dont care anymore. As you can see, I'm only responding to people who post on my thread. Im not even writing new stuff down. I wont get my money tomorrow and neither will the other players. I dont have my hopes up thats for sure.

There is no doubt dealing with 5dimes no customer service will drive you insane. Especially if it concerns a withdrawal. There is also no doubt something is going on with payment processors. We will find out a lot this week because the shit is about to hit the fan.

5dimes update on withdrawal from 10/17/11

Happy Monday morning everyone,

I am trying to stay in a good mood however it is tough when I just called my bank and they "CONFIRMED" NO A,C,H, will be hitting my account today like 5dimes Promised. To the players who are in the same boat as myself, contact your local bank or whoever you are banking with and see if you are going to recieve it today!


How is anyone not looking into 5dimes lying to its players? We were not told about any delays until 11 days after our A,C,H, payout was processed. I am in no way trying to scam 5dimes. Like many players, whether its for $5 or a little over $3k, I want what is mine! 5dimes CS has lied through its teeth on the phone and while chatting live to CS I dont know how many times to myself. I was guaranteed by CS that it would have hit my account last thursday and friday but never did.

I am currently chatting with 5dimes CS and they dont know what to do! Ive been on hold by CS so they can look into this and its been over 15 minutes waiting on a response.

Stay away from 5dimes people. Its a great book, yes indeed. But major problems are happening here!
