It seems that more Sportsbooks are putting blocks on European playing,
or do not accept Moneybookers and Neteller.....

That would be correct sir. Betcris(SBR Rated A+) separated their U.S. base clients to Bookmaker(SBR Rated A+) back in 2007 for legal reasons.
2/26/2007 05:01 PM
betcris (SBR rating A+) to move all U.S. player accounts to CRIS-owned website, Bookmaker.com. Effective tomorrow morning, U.S. players will be redirected to Bookmaker.com upon logging in to their CRIS account. U.S bettors are not expected to experience an interruption in service as both websites operate using the same platform. CRIS acquired the Bookmaker website with the purchase of the BetMaker Group in August of last year. The betcris brand will be used to target the the European market.

Yes sir to my knowledge they do. Now Fubo(SBR Rated D+) who happens to be part of SIA family of books also accepts European players however, players might want to checkout this thread before signing up there.
BTW, Fubo(SBR Rated D+) targets soccer bettors and is also located in Canada.

Too bad you can't have 5dimes account in any other currency than USD as far as I'm aware. I would definately sign up with them if I could have € account there.
