Considering opening an account there. Anybody had a good experience there, do they payout, limit quickly?

I see they are rated D+ on sbr, but they area publicly traded company? How would they compare them to Ladbrokes, willhill?

    Thanks.

Right Now the only current SportingBet (SBR Rated D+) is this one sir. I feel their are much better books you could choose that pay a bit more promptly like Bet365 (SBR Rated A-) or Ladbrokes (SBR Rated A) like you mentioned above.

Is that complaint not against Sportsbetting rather than Sportingbet - as far as I know the two companies are not related are they ?

Always been paid by sportingbet within 24h, but been limited to peanuts recently.

They are a big publicly traded company in well regulated juridiscation. Your funds are 100% safe as long as you play by the rules. The D+ rating is really bizarre IMO.

I wouldn't worry about anything with SportingBet excpet the limits they will impose on you.

i think d is grossly exaggerated, or a mistake.
i dont use them anymore, but used for 2 years and were always prompt with payment + no dispute ever.

Its safe to play there, D+ is very exaggerated. Much better than what SBR rates them.

sportingbet is a huge company and as safe as bet365 ....don't care about SBR's euro books raiting. SBR know nothing about euro books. bet 365 was a "C" book a few months ago and its raiting upgraded to "A" suddenly no comment!

sportsbetting has a lot of sister book (miapuesta.com is Spain bunch and Superbahis.com is Turkish bunch) I have naver heard any complaint about payment from my friends and I have never had a issue about payment. sportsbetting was my first book, I haven't use it for a few years because of the high juice.

Agree with above. Might not be the worlds best book but a D rating is ridiculous. They are a UK listed company on the stock exchange.

B for mine and their Australian version is B+. Sportingbet Aust.

Sportingbet now own Centrebet - a major world book and surprisingly also a D rating.

CentreBet was downgraded recently from B+ to D+, most likely because of this:

Yeah, that dropped them from B+ to D+. http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sbr/centrebet

And from what it looks like to me, a lot of Sportingbet's rating came from Sportingbet USA and the continued complaints about Sportingbet UK.

Until Sportingbet sells off their Turkey operation, Ladbrokes won't touch them. But if they do, it'll be interesting to see how that pans out for Aussie punters.

Ladbrokes have pulled out of talks this afternoon, quoting:

"Having completed our analysis we have been unable to agree a structure which delivers increased shareholder value within an acceptable regulatory environment. We have therefore agreed to end our discussions."

                                      I used to play there
Never any issues about getting paid but very severe limiting (just like all the Euro books) made it a waste of time to continue.
If you can play there surely you can also play at far better places such as Pinnacle, Betfair, Matchbook, SBO, 188Bet and Greek depending on your preferred sports?

I haven't seen anywhere that said that it does... a few articles have referred to that being "one" of the reasons Ladbrokes pulled out. My uneducated guess would be that the fact Centrebet was operating in so many iffy jurisdictions as well, would also have been a factor and Sportingbet is still cleaning things up in the hopes of being bought by someone. Mind you I'm mainly basing that on this email sent to all affiliates yesterday:

As you are now aware, Centrebet has recently been acquired by Sportingbet PLC.
