Need Help. Check was returned from the bank..

2 weeks a go, I've withdrawn 3k from the bookmaker. And I deposited the check to BkofAma.

Today, I checked my bank account and saw that the check was returned.

I've contacted with the Bank and they said the account holder of the check didn't have the money in his account to transfer.

I just went to Bookmaker and chatted with assistant named Jaydra. She said that there's no history of the check being returned. She told me that I need to check with them after 8:00 A.M. tommorrow..

Will I be able to get my money back? and will they pay the returned fee of 12 dollars too?

I need some help.. it never happened to me before.

Unfortunately this does happen from time to time due to nature of the business. You will certianly get your funds once it is resolved. Almost all books also will reimburse you for the fees from your bank. Generally when this happens the book is going to request a copy of the returned check and any other supporting documentation you have to show it bounced. In my experience they can't simply check with the processor who issued the check and verify if it was cleared or bounced. (I'm not sure why) It may take a few weeks to get resolved, but it will get taken care of. Especially with a solid book like Bookmaker.

Sometimes these types of processing issues happen from time to time. My advice would be to have you fill out a complaint form and one of us will inquire to them on your behalf regarding this matter.
