Scott Carter from Justbet keeps calling claiming I owe him money

what I was thinking was why would he be worried about that? Possibly winning then charging back, playing at a sister book where he did a charge back and won, etc.

i don't do the CC thing at least not personal CC's

but i have been contacted about checks being deposited in the past and if i would not have been an experienced player and know how to handle the situation some of these personal questions these banks think they can ask could spook some people.

When he was called he told us he would change his phone number and not pay it back
Nearly every chat he enters a new account ID but the ip is the same
Several emails were sent to his private email. Same email he entered and responded him and he replied.

What makes you people think that JustBet has any obligation to prove on a public chat forum that Kerrywoods did a **********???? This info has absolutely no place at all on a public forum.

JustBet is not complaining about anything Kerrywoods came here trying to blackmail them on the board because they are calling him trying to collect what he owes them (seems to be the norm around here ever since SBR allowed Cory1111 to use them as his megaphone).

Kerrywoods can not even prove that JustBet is harassing him and even if he did he would also have to prove that it is unwarranted so this thread is fukking useless.

Guys , we are not here to win anything in this public forum. All did is respond to a public false statement some poster made. We will not and haven't threatened him. Yes we called many times and so what? He agreed to repay the charge back, its there in black and white, and agreed to keep us informed as to when the money will be credited back to his account but refused to return calls or emails. What's his defense? The fact is real simple to most of us ... #1. If he never charged back, no of this is even happening and #2. if he answered the phone or returned a call, then again no one will call him. What is calling too many times? 2 ? 5? 20? Isn't it worse to deceive a business and then ignore calls?

yes he does. They are all closed. Only one account has chargebacks

Simply not true Unchained. If you got that impression, my apologies. I do my own thing but also do contribute to Justbet. I tried to help a poster who noticed some incorrect wording on the site and another time and player Mudcat was given an incorrect bonus that differed from what he expected. I helped because it happened to be on days where Shark was off and Justbet wants fix things immediately when things don't go as planne. In life, things do go wrong sometimes. I rarely jump into to Justbet discussions because Shark79 is the man here and has been the person who guys know and respect.

Although i have not interacted with Sharky in awhile,when i did years ago he did leave me with the impression of being a gentleman.

I have also thought of you as a good poster,but i must tell you the bullshit you're spewing here, the smell is coming through my computer.

You do come across as an employee or partner cause you are one and most who have been here long enough know it, and i have seen you get involved with other justbet siuations on this board,no fuckin way Sharky calls on you in this situation and other times in the past if you don't have involvment in the company.

kerrywood made an airbet a couple of weeks ago, he went toe to toe with brahma bull (Not because he dissagreed with his betting philosphy) for not getting the attention he felt he deserved.

I for one would go to bat for a company like justbet, I would hope that sharky would post a screenshot of the chat sessions where kerry admits to his wrong doing but Its doubtfull since honarable books dont attack a poster in public unless really provoked, and this post as far as Im concerned is a full on out war on justbet, Id post a screenshot and make him eat sh*t.

We understand it doesn't make sense. Re read the live chat on page 2 if you can, he admits it and asks us how he can repay the money. Listen, we won't solve anything here in a public forum and we certainly don't have anything against this player. Lets just leave it at that.
