Scott Carter from Justbet keeps calling claiming I owe him money

My question is, how should I handle this? Who can I contact regarding harassment? This clown uses restricted numbers every time he calls me.

Hello Kerrywoodwins20,

I spoke with Scott Carter and I was able to see the chats between you and him where you clearly stated that you had chargedback due to the fact that your bank called you concerned about the deposits made and you stating "It was for gambling".

We simply wanted for you to pay back what you lost and it was stated by Scott that whatever you would deposit back would be funded into your account to play with. Yet you instead of stepping up to the plate and being a man, you cowardly started to harass our CS agents through Live Chat and insulted them to the point where now you no longer have chat.

Get a hold of Scott and pay your debts, people hate shot takers, specially those that after losing charge back on the companies that provide the service to many americans, why ? It is simple, thanks to people like you it is harder and harder for US Citizens to be able to play due to the few deposit options available nowadays.

This is just flat out scare tactics because your book is going broke. I've already triple checked my bank, the charges were NEVER charged back.

I went on chat and clearly told them the bank has not charged back my one deposit, and asked to be transferred to a super visor in regards to harassment by Scott Carter.

Listen buddy, if you guys aren't broke, why are you trying to collect money that isn't owed? I just checked my account online again and the $1000 CC deposit to you guys was never charged back and is still owed.

Luckily, I monitor my credit report daily through a website for 9.99 a month and will delete and cancel any illegal activity these scumbags try to put on my name.

scott this does not look good if true.

even if this kerry poster tried to scam you

handle your business in a more professional manner.

IMO books should not allow CC deposits until the customer has a long track record of playing with the book and depositing with real cash many times.

By the way, I just called back my bank (CITI) 3 minutes ago and they confirmed that there was no charge back.

Not taking sides here but all my dealings with Scott have been above board and he definatly doesn't seem like the threatning type.Who knows what the deal here is but I'm sure it could be rectified if cooler heads prevail.

He did not threaten the customer in this fashion. Most of you that have dealt with Scott knows that
he is one of the few reps in the industry that takes the time to go above and beyond for the customers
he is catering to.

As for Kerry - I answered your question on Live Chat and I will answer it again. I will have a word with Scott about this.

1 big bet. As always. Did a 2 team MLB parlay.

The only reason I didn't make secondary deposits with them is because I found out they didn't offer any live betting. So I moved on.

But this is pretty ridiculous, I never charged back and my bank is telling me I still owe the money, so I'm basically trying to get charged double.

You are accusing Sharky who has been here for YEARS and most of the forum has known of him working at Justbet for YEARS of lying? You have been here for less than 2 months. Sharky has resolved numerous issues with Justbet accounts in a timely manner and has been a stand up guy in this community. You are still brand new to it.

Justbet will call you to solicit deposits, they will call to let you know of bonus offers and e-mail you.. HOWEVER, all these things stop when you ASK them to stop. IF they are calling you for an issue regarding a **********, who is the forum supposed to believe... someone who has been here less than 2 months or a book that has been in business over a decade with an outstanding track record.

Either pay the debt or ignore the calls... but coming to a forum where the book has been regarded as a "safe place to play" for years BEFORE they were a sponsor and complaining that they are threatening you... come on.

I can prove he is calling me that many times. A picture from my Iphone is all I need.

Believe what you want. I have a great reputation with any other book I've played at. These guys claiming I"m charging back and if I wanted to I could even prove that the charge remains on my CITI-card account.
